Well this is obviously a shitty situation, I didn't know how you were 2013-late 2016 but I do agree that it'll be best if you leave if that's how you feel.
 
I will just explain why it's easier for a person to get mod if they are friends with staff and active on TS than otherwise. The staff knows the member much more, and as such, it's easier to tell if he's active, interested in being staff, and if he is (or seems) capable. That's why we have mod apps as well, and why we always ask for the community input. It is also why it takes multiple staff behind the scenes to promote/demote someone. Regardless, stuff like this is completely common in any gaming community that doesn't have 24/7 populated servers with staff that are on 24/7. Also compared to a workplace where you work 9-5, in a gaming server it's very common to make friends with staff who are generally the most active and most well known.
 
Regardless, I wish you the best of luck, thanks for all the maps you have ported for us, and regardless of you leaving xG that you at least stay in touch with the friends you made once in a while.

The chat colors/titles problem should be fixed on 001, 002, and 004 now
You guys had store-namecolors, store-titles, and store-chatcolors on the servers as well as store-chat - which is a plugin that already includes all three. In other words, you had multiple plugins trying to do the same thing, so I disabled those three.
 
I also updated the gamedata for store-equipment on those three servers, even though it doesn't seem like you're using that plugin. You guys can remove it if you aren't planning on using it. I also disabled the store-refunds.smx and the store-loadouts.smx that were giving errors, since you already had a duplicate working version of them. Hopefully that should cut down on the number of errors you get, and you can do the same things on the other servers if you like

+1 for moderator, I've personally never had issues with him in the past other than getting tilted he wrecks me in CS:GO. As long as he can be active on the servers I see no issue with giving him powers to help moderate the servers.
