yeah, im stepping down. this is something ive been thinking about for a very long time, and ive come to terms with the fact that im not going to be able to do a proper job with my position if i have such mixed feelings.
 
xG has been my home for a very long time, even if i havent been a real part of the clan for all of the years since I originally joined. i basically grew up with the people that have come and gone through xG, and i definitely found a part of myself here. for perspective, i joined when I was 12. I'm 17 now. this aside, I'm quite tired of the responsibilities I (don't) have. the magic isnt there anymore. even when there is people on the servers, it isnt much fun for me. I would love to fix it, but I simply lack the motivation to do so. I hope xG manages to revive itself to the glory days it was once in. If this is to happen some shit needs to change, drastically, but either way gl boys
 
i had a lot of fun setting up our minigames and minecraft servers. it was a big joint effort from a lot of people, but i'm glad i lead a part of the charge to get some of the old fun back. it didnt turn out too well, but i believe in the potential. i hope everyone continues to enjoy some gaming action on the world wide web!1
 
at the end of the day I'm not really going anywhere, I just want to go back to playing games with friends and less making sure other people can play games with friends. im also gonna step down to paid non member for that sweet sweet teal teamspeak star :^)

A recent update may have borked some things. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 
S4S was addressed, as well as skipping the !Guard queue by @Bleed after I brought it to his attention, not sure why the changes didnt stick. I also became aware that some people are bypassing the queue by simply letting the timer run out on the Choose Team screen and it auto places them on CT as a balancing function.

For what it's worth, you did a great job of stepping in and building up the CS:GO Division during it's lengthy time spent in the dark. Sure there may have been times where your methods would butt heads against others opinions, but the fact remains that you did infact do your best to support and aid the CS:GO Division in its growth and that much shows. It's really a shame to see that you'll be taking your leave, and more-so a disappointment that the Higher-Ups decided to demote for inactivity when it was evident that you had obligations to fill outside of Xeno Gamers.
 
Props to you, as our lives definitely take priority over the clan (no offense to xG as a whole). I just wish that a temporary suspension of powers was dealt as opposed to a straight demotion as it is hardly fair to be demoted when someone has, as mentioned earlier, certain obligations to tend to outside of xG. Really wish that your resignation didn't occur on the grounds that it has.
 
That all being said, congratulations on the job promotion as well as moving on up in life with a new place to call your own. Hoping you overcome most (if not all) of life's shitty obstacles m8 :coffee:

For the record im in the middle of a major job switch as well as a major move. Higher ups were informed that my activity will resume after the first.
 
Also, I got the job because I busted my fucking ass getting this place up and in good running shape when the csgo division came back to life in august. I did TONS of work getting it to the point where it runs itself pretty smoothly.

It is allowed to be broken, as it needs to be for things like a warday on top of dam. Like owl said though, don't break it and go up there if there isn't a reason to, as CTs have to stay with Ts anyways.

First off, no, nobody shot you, two of us were chasing you around the map and once we got close to you, you spun around and said "fuck youuu youll never take me aliveeeeee!" and killed both of us ending the round.
 
I banned you for a day, and the message about you being fucking retarded was a legitimate question, how you would blatantly just freekill and end the round like that in front of staff was beyond me, especially since yoou play here often and you know the rules.
 
Also, when told that was harsh, I said I dont give a fuck, he freekilled for no reason.
 
Youre banned for a day. The fact that youd even make a ban protest and then LIE in it instead of just waiting out the 24 hours makes me not want to see you unbanned.

Just going to outright say that the ban reason ("are you fuking retarded") is way out of place by the way, especially from a Higher-Up.

Looks very nice so far! My only comment is that it might be easy to get stuck or hard to get through the round doors, might be better to find a different shape for them.

Also I would like to point out that the ban protest section needs redesigned or something. If you are banned you can't access it to protest and if you have a friend do it there it a rule against it and it will get closed so how in the hell are you supposed to protest a ban??

So this is my third account. All of my other ones get banned for being an alt account of DasMowski but I'm not an alt of him. I'm just a real person trying to join your forum but all of my accounts get perma banned within 24 hours. Me and Dasmowski are friends from school and he recommended me to join. Why would he make alt accounts in the first place? He has no reason to and it makes no sense but nazi mods ban me for no reason everytime. They have also IP banned our school which is ridiculous considering my reasons for account bans are not accurate. On my first account I trolled a bit which is fair but a perma ban for that is insane and on my second account I literally did nothing wrong and was banned almost immediately.
