If I get some people ready to go with an idea of what they want, on saturday the 16th I can start that night after I paintball to get going on character creation. keep in mind it can take anywhere from 2-4 hours to create your character.

if there are people that are willing to dedicate time to it, i will definitely start it up asap with character creation. character creation can take between 2-4 hours easily per person which will be done as a 1on1 thing, after that is all done we will spend about 4-6 hours per session, nothing less than 4 once a week.

If anyone wants to do RAF (Recruit-a-Friend) and needs a partner, I can help. typically I work nights, but I can work out with you time to play, and will try to teach you about how to play the game etc. [i'm not the best player in the world, but i'm better than bleed's brother. I also have a lot of Heroic experience in current end game content as a DPS] recruit a friend helps you get into the game faster by buffing experience gain when in a party with your RAF partner. you also gain the summon ability to summon back and forth partners from RAF. i can also work towards maybe buying you a couple heirlooms (gear that scales with level, and gives experience bonus. they are Bind on Account, and through a special tab so you can buy them on any character and then in turn use them on all others. either faction.)

proof>"common sense" is just a simpler way to make all bans justified, IMO and really if he is as bad as they make him out to be, if they had joined the server saw him talking crap, and then just start recording a demo then. not necessarily record every second of him, just when they think he is gonna take a turn for the worse. if he really honestly truly is that bad on servers, they would have plenty of evidence in ~15 minutes. edit: also, you could just ban him in server on the spot at the time of him being bad it's still very nice to have the evidence to back up your ban, you know, incase of a protest.

just because the effect of him being banned is something you think is 100% positive doesn't always make it good, or right? Keep in mind when I started that post-chain trying to get him unbanned, it wasn't only vector. it was everyone there. Like him or not, if you aren't going to present evidence, then there really is no reason for him to be banned. forest's compromise is something not even I would agree on, because he would still be (wrongfully) banned on servers, note: I say wrongfully because much like in teamspeak last night where you all started to see it, there is no legitimate evidence of anything more recent than about a year ago where a decision was already made to demote him. is he gonna get staff back? probably not anytime in the near future. I could gather all my friends, say stop coming on TS for a few weeks, and then claim @ThePenguin scared us away with his mexican-ness. and until he sees justice we wont return. but that just isn't how it works. now if I were to record penguin's disgusting over the top mexican-ness driving us away and present it as evidence, maybe he would be banned, and @Bleed would be safe to go on TS.

you can't use the excuse that he is good on the server when he is bad on the forums. you have to be good on both especially as staff. and there is actual evidence of this behavior.

If you're honestly going to leave over 1 player being unbanned, that just shows where your loyalties are. You clearly don't care about the community as much as you preach if you would leave over a player very harshly (and unjustly, given the lack of evidence) banned no longer being banned then do us all a favor and leave now anyway. thanks. :) In the end, the decision is with the CLs, regardless of what the poll says. as for the reason this is a report abuse: some of you newer kids may not know this, but back in the day (when we were group banned from hellsgamers and a serious competition against them for players) it used to be if you were staff, you were held to a much higher standard. none of this second, third, fourth warning, then 2-5 chances shit. if you fucked up even in the slightest, did something worthy of a ban, not only were you banned. you were immediately demoted. not a demotion from say admin to moderator. you went from admin to member, received the ban (plus a slight increase in the length) and it was very hard to earn trust enough back to become even just a mod again. That's why this is an abuse report. that is why I am going hard on this. you want to clean up xG? you don't start by trying to clean the non-members and members. you start by cleaning the staff. If staff do something worthy of a ban, or aren't living up to their expectations, then they should not be staff. If you really want this place to be better, you need to take a good hard look in the mirror and get ready to get dirty, demoting your friends may be hard, but it is probably what needs done. If they truly deserve it, they would stay instead of rage quitting after a demotion like most others do, and earn that trust back slowly. not in a week or 2, but over months.

it's not just a forum thing. it's his attitude. his way he responds to aggression, that isn't just a forum thing. attitude is something that deems people of staff etc. and if this is how he reacts to someone like rabid saying tf2 is full of furry weaboos i certainly wouldn't want to play on a server with him as staff. because if I say something as a joke to my friend, he will take it offensively, and I will likely be banned/muted for no reason.

just because he is the only staff member on at a time to deal with potential rule breakers doesn't make him a good staff member. nor does not having staff reduce population. simply find another staff member that plays those times, or for the good of the servers, someone can step up and play even when they want to watch their morning cartoons to regulate. all else fails, your players seem to not know about the forums, they could make ban requests etc. and not be scared the leaders will ban them :wink: i honestly hope you grow up one day. you're an immature kid, you take anything and everything as the most hateful speech possible to you, instead of ignoring a joke post in a thread by someone. notice how nobody except you took his response serious?

You seem to live under the philosophy that you can come away from this clean because you're under the impression you didn't do anything "that bad" Heres the reality, you started out by directly insulting rabid, who had said nothing to you at all, knowing it would pull him into talking shit to you. you tried to get a negative response from him. you constantly edged him on, trying to get him to say worse and worse. now how in the hell you think you aren't doing anything "that bad" is beyond me. but that alone is worthy of a demotion, you constantly say "this is my first warning, you cant ban me." we can ban you, we can do whatever the fuck we want, we follow some semi-relevant guidelines for minor cases. this isn't that minor here. this is a staff member going out of his way to try to start drama. that is something that isn't tolerated. You also think "oh if i say i'm sorry after i troll it's ok." no it's not. different cases, different rulings. not one case is alike: notice how they lost powers for their negative "toxic" attitudes? you have a negative "toxic" attitude. you're purposely trying to start shit with people to get a rise out of them, not just rabid, but brian too. you need to grow up, learn to not try and start drama, and get over it.

again, when there are 2 sides equally in the wrong, I have always believed in fair punishment under the rules. aka. either you both get banned or neither gets banned. besides that, this is still a report abuse. your consistent negative attitude, quick to jump to insulting people for disagreeing with you, and general immaturity compared to even your brother lead me to believe you are not worthy of a staff position, and the powers it holds.
