please keep saying things like that, it really shows me how incredibly mature you are and how over-qualified for a staff position you are.

IMO when it comes to choosing staff, you want quality over quantity like forest said, i'd rather have 5 really good staff members that can be on when they can, as opposed to 25 really shitty staff that are always on. you need to project a positive image from the staff by having them be great people, yes while we may not always be on the servers we do also still do a lot of behind the scenes stuff. bleed for instance works on the servers whenever he has a chance via local server to test plugins that he creates from scratch/edits in major ways, but he is also in his first year of college and life is always first before xg/games. if he wants to play comp in that ~45-1:30 he has before bed time or before the meal hall opens for dinner, then by all means he should play comp especially if the server seems fine at the time. myself I work long hours and have a very active life outside of xg, and I prefer to keep it that way, while i've made some great friends here that I can always talk to, I also have great friends in my real life that I actually see every day at work etc. all the while I spend my time taking care of the servers in ways besides policing them such as providing advice to other staff or members who have questions or concerns and browsing the forums, replying when i see a reply is necessary. while it may not seem like we do anything, you probably are only considering policing the servers to be doing something. and that in itself is your mistake

Why do names matter? We allowed people with names like Ben Dover, Why Jew Mad, Big Black, etc. to apply and be accepted. The name says nothing about the persons personality really.

from what can be seen it was an intentional freekill and you left, before jubens could dish out the punishment that was up to his discretion to give out in that case. which led to a more severe option being chosen for punishment given for the case of leaving (avoiding) the punishment. just because you slay yourself doesn't mean freekilling is cool especially when it is intentional. ATM not going to close this just so @jubens45 can confirm this is the case, however as it definitely looks to be the case, the punishment was fair and just as per his discretion, and the ban shall stay.

+1 was by far the best staff member of the old days, also has been very active in the return of csgo and is actively looking for ways to help improve the server

i literally got cancer, aids, diabetes I II & III, malaria, influenza, hiv, herpes, and the common cold reading this shit. vector and dethman clearly will not be friends, dethman is clearly searching the ends of the earth for anything he can try to use to get vector perm banned. vector is being a retard as per usual, granted not giving anything as evidence that imo amounts to the perm dethman is hunting for but definitely giving people a reason not to like him. there is a lot of blame going around and assumption, and at this point i feel like i could write a scientific journal on the inner working of preschool playground fights because this last year or so has been a very strong learning experience. if you want to know what is really wrong with xg, look in a mirror, and if you could say that you think you are an asshat, clown idiot or in general do something stupid as fuck. you are the problem.

+1 very active on csgo, been on every day since re-open and was on during the decline, very mature doesn't rage. pro tip: get on TS and you can hang out with people!
