So with all that, what makes you think we ever planned to give you mod back, which is a privilege, not a right. you don't get mod just for playing on servers, you get it for being respectful and enforcing the rules.

If I may, if you're not moving on the server the bot will move you to spectate after 30 minutes, and will outright kick you after 60 minutes. If you're only in spectate the whole time then it will do it after 30 minutes. If you're in spectate and didn't join a team then you should join a team. If you honestly can't take 15 seconds to move just an inch then I feel no sympathy for you if you get kicked by the AFK bot.
Now, I do believe that it should be increased but no more than 15 minutes to 45 minutes (meaning if you stay in spectate then you get half the time) and no one gets special treatment. But, this obviously lies with @Nomulous, as he has to fix it and there is a long list of things on the servers to fix/add. And to the staff members who just stay in spectate the whole time, I think you should be more active instead of staying in spectate waiting for something to happen.
So, to sum it up. +1 for the bot's time to increase, -1 for staff to get special treatment, +1 to fix everything we need to fix, -1 for this to have priority.
Edit: Let's try to find middle ground and make a compromise instead of firing shots.

Look, Madden, I apologize for what happened when you came on the server, and I just get angry every now and then, wether it be from Egossi spamming the jumprope song on the sand map, or having a long day at school and work. I just have a very busy life, and I like to relieve my stres by playing games. I can have a mature attitude, I do at school as well as in the workplace. I have learned a lot, and still am as I prepare for college, and I did not mean any offense towards you, or anyone else. I just want to play TF2 to have fun, and have fun with the community. I apologize if I hurt your feelings, as I acted irresponsibly and a lot more immature then my norm. I keep my cool 99% of the time, and I just want everyone to know that I'm sorry. I think an easy way to fix this would go more in depth with the game mods for each server? idk. I may be the only one who feels like this but I feel like it's just all the MotD's combined into a steam guide. if I genuinely wanted to read this guide, I'd get so bored after the second set of rules. also, it would be worth linking all the mods/admins profiles near the end like. "if you see anyone breaking these rules, please contact one of these people blahblah" obviously put them into categories by division but yeah. I feel it's kind of boring. but besides that, good job bruh. <3

How about repurposing it, so it:

Deactivates upon staff joining (pretty sure that the plugin supports that)
Reactivates upon staff leaving
Deactivates during LCT
Reactivates after LCT

-1 for now. If you show me personally improvement of your behaviour I will consider changing it. A large part of maturity is being mature in situations that it is REALLY required. I feel you don't know where to draw the line, but if you learned, I definitely think you're a good dude.

The trolls were removed from this group nearly 2 years ago, And they are starting again, Can we please stop before this gets out of hand.

Another question, will it be a toggable skin? Because what if players don't like it? I for one would like to have my cosmetics non glitchy and stuff. So if there was a menu for it like hub had for skins, then +1
