From what I saw, you broke the channel-specific rules regarding micspam, not the general teamspeak rules. It always helps to actually read the rules of the channel that you just entered before you do something that is actually in violation of 5 of the channel-specific rules. Don't try to say that you were banned because you "weren't welcome". You break the rules, you get punished. If that punishment rustled your jimmies and you want to post a ban protest, go right ahead, but being an asshat while trying to appeal that punishment isn't going to get you anywhere.

Yeah you should have mod powers. From looking at earlier promo/demos, you were demoted for the !ban @all thing, and then re-promoted a while later (Here is where he was demoted for abuse, here is where he was re-promoted). I'll hit him up with those mod powers, unless @Hidingmaster or @DrLee have any kind of objections

+1. This thread might as well be closed (or is it "mind as well" @Warriorsfury?). The only reason that this is staying open (for now) is that I'd like to see what the opinions of the other Community Leaders are on this matter. The last time I banned you, I gave you a very explicit warning: come back with an improved attitude or you're getting permed. From all the evidence I've seen so far (including this thread, which was the very first thing you did after being unbanned) you have gone right back to your usual awful behavior. Considering the fact that you immediately returned to behaving in the exact same way that got you banned numerous times, I think a ban will most likely be in order.
