So, I was honestly shocked to find out that xG still has servers for some divisions that are nearly always empty. I think it is time to trim the fat of the community and get rid of some of these dead divisions to free up funds for new things that will bring in members and give current members access to newer games.
 
I was looking at the only statistics I could find on the CS:GO div server and from what I can tell it is almost always empty or at most has 2-4 players for like an hour once a week... The staff don't even seem to actively play in the div.
 
Another thing I have found is that it seems a lot of the "higher ups" like CLs and DLs don't seem to be very active in ANY div that the clan has and I feel like the higher ups that are in charge of some important decisions regarding the future of this clan should play a more active role, and play on the servers to get to know more of the members.
 
I would like to hear other peoples' thoughts and opinions on this. :)

Because noone that actually has a say in who get promo/demoed actually cares if someone is good enough to be staff...the only thing that matters is how many "friends" you have or how deep your pockets are. :)

I was talking shit and noclipping before the round to backstab Bryan. I wasn't exactly targeting bryan specifically when backstabbing, either. I backstabbed anyone who was on blue before the round started. The only picture he has where I said "i fucking hate kids coming from other servers thinking they're tough shit." I was talking about how Bryan was trying to do things he could do on other servers that you can't do on ours. He obviously was from another server, he had 5,000 points on gameme, and he was doing lots of favoritism, like allowing specific reds to go to armory. I was only using my noclip powers before the round began, and I stopped and slayed myself. I await your other files, so I can attempt to defend myself on them.

It upsets me that two out of three of the people who want him permed were previous mods.

Alright somebody help me out here, I must be missing something. Why would anyone post a ban protest/staff submission/member app and not show a level of maturity? I can't tell anymore if you people are actually serious about getting mod/unbanned or you just come here because yolo mom let me stay up late and I have nothing else to do. I have nothing against Bach, or Vector who posted the same way, but seriously guys? I can't even get through the original post without realizing the thread is full of bs. Aint nobody getting powers or unbanned if you cant, for one time (THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME), be serious. And the people who +1.. What? Also advice to everyone: The only thing ever stopping you from getting a leadership role is yourself. It may be lack of activity, attitude, or one of many other things. But nobody else is truly stopping you. It doesn't come down to if hidingmaster, silence, kbraszzz, or anyone dislikes you. It comes from your actions, your words, your choices. Don't blame others for the situations you get into or don't get into. This not only applies to places like xG, but everywhere in life.

You aren't even active on the servers, you call yourself the shitpost king and you BM people. That's why I -1.

The ONLY place Bach is active is on Teamspeak..... How can you guys say he is one of the most active people, when he's hardly been online since he got demoted.... Don't give someone powers so that they will play on the servers.... this isn't Minecraft FFS....

He's fun to play with and not a dumbass with his powers. Oh no he's immature, so what? He isn't boring, if tf2 has taught me anything it's that over the top maturity is boring. Bach being staff raises the fun factor, and he knows better than to be straight up abusive or use his powers for personal gain. People like our servers because they're fun. Bach adds to that fun and makes the staff not come off as stuffy assholles. We should cry about him being rude to us that one time and then give him staff when were done because he adds the fun to the servers.

Maybe he just wanted to be able to respawn himself when he dies.... oh wait, that's someone else.... :P
