Bruh calling Kypari a crybaby is literally the definition of a petty reason. I just don't see why you guys are so against him getting a second chance. He's an adult, I've seen him act like one. He got banned for half a year, he's serving the time. Why is him getting another chance to be mature on the servers after six months thinking about it so damn scary of an idea for everyone. Anyone else would get away with calling kypari, or any other member a crybaby, without even a warning. And I'm ready to prove it.

Don't just be harder on vector because you don't like him, let him wait out the ban. It was agreed he'd be monitored after the ban anyway, why is that such an issue? Just be impartial.

ACT II: Population
 
This seems like a major issue for most other servers. If we have an empty server that just ruins a division. Yes there needs to be a "WOW" factor for our servers and needs to appeal to the niche. Which let's be honest isn't difficult if we have dedicated people.
 
We should promote activity back into our steam group Steam Community :: Group :: Xeno Gamers for people who don't want to join the clan have something to feel proud of. They can talk and assist and help out the group. So they can tell their friends "Hey check out this awesome servers from this clan!!!". We can discuss how to complete this.
 
We can bring a referral system into the game here which isn't difficult at all. Once a member is promoted to "Member", update the referrer count.
Perks/Prizes:

1: Friend Finder! (teamspeak title + some hub points)
5: Good Friend! (teamspeak group + hub points + hub title)
10: Super Friend! (teamspeak group + hub points + hub title + donator perk)
25: Extreme Friend! (teamspeak group + hub points + hub title + mid level donator perk)

We can host more events/raffles/just community things. At least enforce it once a week where a CL (You can rotate or just actually have fun) has to be present (even for a bit) just to talk to the community. Always ask for how we can improve or what can we do to improve your fun. So they can tell people that we are a caring community and it's worth to come onto our servers.
 
This has to be discussed for what can we do, since we need all our servers active. I would love to stop by CSGO and even gMod servers just to have fun, but our servers aren't really that populated. We can add some incentives to be on our servers which DLs and CLs can discuss.

As of now, I'll be stepping down from the position of Community Leader (but retaining my status as CS:GO DM). Over the course of cl history, I've seen criticism of myself and other cls, and most of the criticism towards myself is true, yet I don't really do anything to change that. With that in mind, I don't really feel like I'm contributing to anything as a Community Leader, I'm not actively trying to improve this clan as I should, so I've decided to give this title up to someone who will hopefully do a better job than I did. While I don't think I was biased, nor a necessarily "bad" Community Leader, I believe this decision to be for the best for the clan as a whole. I will remain Division Manager of CS:GO and try to grow the clan from there, as I believe I can at least do that much. First things first, it should be discussed with ALL community leaders, not just nom and silence. I don't know why the ban was changed pre-empively, it looks like someone just wants to see Vector permed in my opinion.
 
Additionally, these secret conversations are kinda dumb. If you have something to say, especially if it involves something that was as disputed as Vector's ban, use admin discussion. We aren't a secret society, be more transparent about community issues. All higher-ups deserve to have easy access to all major community discussions.
 
Lastly, I'd like some more info about what's happening in this conversation. Was there an open debate about the status of Vector's ban, or was it leaning more towards a forceful imposition of one viewpoint. Screencaps of the conversation would be greatly appreciated (sent via steam or in a thread in admin discussion).

This is pretty stupid on both sides and just a pain the ass, but here's my view of this. The channel in question is a sub channel of a community channel. This isn't one of the gaming rooms or general rooms. The fact that someone (in this case Bach) had admin even though it seems he shouldn't have been trusted is the problem of the channel owner. The only time this could potentially be a problem is if the owner of the channel, matsi, loses admin. This all pretty much becomes matsi's problem, as it's his channel to manage.

Joe had sent me a message saying people had been harassing him an I told him id look at the chat logs for him. Then I found that he was harassing people on the server because they called him a child. After I told him he'd be looking at a ban for himself, he started a sob story on how everyone treats him that way an stuff. I'd say we brush it off: Joe is a mess. When I first met him he was telling me how he wants to become staff to ban all the try hards, bronies and weebs. And he was accusing the regulars of bothering him and stalking him.

Alright so there are rumors going around saying that i scammed @Kart. This is completely false and before you press judgement, let me tell you the story.
 
There was an update in which Unusual Taunts came out. these were going for a lot of money at the time (as a lot of unusuals do but most went for a lot more because of hype). Kart came into the server (Trade Gaming History) very excited telling everyone that he unboxed an unusual Conga (The MOST valuable taunt and saught after taunt) after awhile he was using the taunt and it was fun. He then asked me to broker it for him. (this was around the time i was getting my brokering service off the ground.)

he asked if i could broker it for him. Seeing as he was a good friend i obviously said yes. We agreed to a settlement of half and half because the selling of an unusual with no price and nothing else of info would be hard to sell. (which he refutes to this day). (inventory of the unusual in my backpack: Eazy-V's Backpack - backpack.tf So very soon later i was able to sell it for 9 buds and i took half (4.5 buds) and gave the rest to kart which he then became upset with him saying he didn't agree to the terms and said he didn't expect me to take so much even though we agreed to half (today he told everyone i scammed him and proceeded to back track and said he didn't think i would take ANYTHING: http://puu.sh/i4t7d/0a0ec9ff83.png) after that we went back and forth and then he proceeded to tell me that he needed to give his friend a portion of the profit since he gave his friend gave him the key he then proceeded to give the other friend 2 buds, he knows this friend in real life so the trust between them is there (which would be later been proved as false in the evidence that will provided later in this thread).

after a bunch of insults between both parts and fights on the server. Eventually kart and i rekindled our friendship and the topic was dropped. Later a month later, kart proceeded to talk to the server again and teamspeak about the same situation. I'm told from another user that Kart did not infact unbox the unusual but was actually brokering for a friend. (proof he never unboxed it: History - backpack.tf This all made sense because he would have an incredibly hard time selling it as he is a marked scammer: SteamRep » Kartereno [banned] | 76561198045307014 | STEAM_0:0:42520643 and is banned on all of the major trading websites.

So he would need another player to sell it for him. which would mean that others on trade servers wouldn't associate themselves with him. So he lied about owning the original unusual and never mentioned this third party, the actual victim who lost out of multiple buds which i feel sorry for him and hope he and kart made up after this since they are friends. So after awhile i didn't pay attention to it because it was delt with again. Until today he decides to talk to Mega robin, orangejuice, penguin, where for some reason my name came up and he proceeded to tell these three (who don't care for tf2 at all nor tf2 drama) about how i am a scammer for some reason. Upset obviously i decided to make this thread with the blessing of penguin.

Please do take this thread seriously, you may give your input if you care enough but please keep it civil, i make this thread because it effects my trading reputation if someone goes around calling me a scammer, and this heavily effects my brokering service. which i made a rep thread and actually brokered many unusuals for a good ammount of current and former xG members.

I cant believe how most of you here are saying things like "lol imma say what the hell I want and if someone gets offended he can gtfo." Learn to use empathy. Hey guys. Just wanted to say that I'm leaving xG. I'm not going to be a part of the clan membership anymore. The main reason for this is that I mainly joined this clan to play TF2, but recently on League Of Legends I climbed to diamond rank, which is one of the highest ranks and I have decided I'm going to be spending more time trying to climb the ladder. As such, I probably wont be playing tf2 at all. (Don't hate me tf2 div pls) I also feel like they are too many stupid conflicts that happen for miniscule reasons. Because of this I decided I would just leave the clan since I wont really be doing much involving the clan anymore. I will definitely still go on teamspeak everyday and play games, but I probably wont be posting a whole lot on the forums and I wont be going on tf2 often at all.
