Also, as far as proof of his shit attitude, why not ask yourself why this has been an ongoing issue that involves more than half of the active players here, including a vast amount from his own division? Matsi has time an again demonstrated an immature and absolutely disgusting comments that range from giving blow jobs to stroking dogs. I demand something happen because these comments including his attitude need to have something be done to them. But i see the same sh*t and it feels like he can get away with it.

He back peddles saying that he was talking about his job however in this context rabid is talking about having sex with animals and in this context matsi is actually talking about stroking a dog. In no way was his salon in the conversation and it's obvious what he means by this statement. Many people found this disgusting (myself including) and are upset nothing was done about it.

That whole thread is just matsi belittling people for being concerned about a steam exploit and didn't want to get scared. Regardless if it's credible or not it's still best to be cautious especially with the countless amount of bots out there.

I don't really see what's so member-demotion worthy about saying that you stroked a dog. If you think you can get removed from membership for saying something that seems disgusting then this clan would be a lot smaller. I mean for christs sake we had an ENTIRE fan fic thread full of disgusting crap and the most that happened was the thread getting closed. No one raised a finger about it because it was "funny" to you guys. It all depends on the perespective. After looking through your post the only evidence that really holds any weight to me would be the post on the steam exploit thread.
 
There's also a function called ignoring if you don't want to see his "absolutely disguting" posts and etc. It's not like he is specifically trying to talk about and show you furry crap.
Now you might say, "well we dont want all the kids seeing this gross crap". Then again, weren't you the one always preaching about how the internet is not a friendly place and if you cant handle insults, bad things on the internet etc to not get on it?

There's no reason to remove his membership. First things first, the workplace comparison is totally inappropriate given the circumstances. We are an internet gaming clan, almost universally comprised of memers and trolls. We are the shit-stain at the bottom of the filthy-ass scumbucket that is the internet. On a regular basis, people say much worse things on TS and we're totally fine with it. People in this thread use the word "nigger" in their regular vocabulary (*cough* @Kyoko *cough*) yet they're never punished. Why? Because we know that they're not fucking racist. Just because Iggy changes his name to Captain Nazi on steam, changes his avatar and status to a swastika, does not mean that he's a racist. Iggy doesn't have steam groups dedicated to hating ethnic and religious minorities, he doesn't go on rants on TS about how much he hates jews, blacks and immigrants, so from what I can tell he's not a racist. For pete's sake people, there's a nazi server group on TS. Do we punish those people because this makes them automatically racists and terrible people? Of course not. If you honestly think that Iggy should have his membership revoked, then about 50%+ of xenogamers also needs to have their membership revoked.
