Yeah, making sure to post the link periodically so everyone gets a chance to speak or take a look.

I really don't want to spoil anything but you really have to try, because at the moment there are so many servers that are just dead and no one ever does anything about it apart from turn it into another server and let it die again. At the moment it's just wasting money keeping the servers. If there is a rotation history I will play it a lot but as much as I hope it gets populated I just don't see it happening :L

In games that do not have dedicated servers we tend to stray away from, If there is a clan system or guild system in place in the game, You can always feel free to create XenoGamers clan's on that game, Just make sure you're representing the clan as you would on our other servers.
 
So as far as getting a division for it, most likely not. If the clan gets enough interest in game we could always create a sub board on the forums for it =]

If you wanted to make even a megathread for it, you could use the MOBA (previously MMO) sub-forum or the Games and Consoles sub-forum and post your clan related info to join etc. in there.

We already have it.
EDIT: I think there is another Outset Island on gamebanana, but its not really different when compared to this one, so the current one we have should stay.

The servers are a nice place to be when I'm not in casual most of the times.
Usually can get some trading done or at least have a server I can play in when I need it. Most of the members and mods are nice from what I have seen so I decided I would like to join. Also don't have a clan

+1 See him around here and there and he's usually always pleasant, never really had a concern with him and I'm certain he would fit in perfectly among the rest.

He has been told numerously about his language and he complies when asked but he just seems to continue after a staff leaves from what I am seeing now.

I don't think you should really be permed right away, I don't usually think anyone should unless they're utterly persistent, but a day to a few or week would likely be more ideal this time around.
 
However, pushing your luck or trolling isn't exactly the best course of action if it's getting this much notice. Plus I'm pretty certain some mods here and there have warned you about it now and again.

So, you pointed out that it sounded like he wasn't saying anything to me at all. Wrong, he would follow me and say swear at me, and constantly insult me. Now I am not a fragile person no. I have my moments, but when it comes to someone stalking me for the past weeks without giving up of course I am going to go nuts. He's quiet when he knows when he is vulnerable to being punished, but he doesn't realize that Hype has taken photos of this as evidance.

Ive asked you before a while back... multiple times actually.

Yeah you posted the rule trolling isnt allowed has anyone asked me to stop mods or admins? No. And when it finally gets noticed Im up for perm cause now apparently its an issue

Atleast after the fact I knew he wasn't hacking. Before hand I thought he was.

I know he isn't hacking, but it just made matters worse what I ment to point out.

It was only one instance that I thought he was hacking, and it was because he was shooting a cloaked spy, what I didn't see was that the spy had just cloaked seconds before. I don't think Mahogany hacks, I've tried my best to clear this up with everyone.

I think you should take a look at the rule :

Trolling is unallowed. (The definition of trolling is to the discretion of the moderator, and can include intentionally being annoying, antagonizing players, spoiling the ending of games or movies, etc.)

You have constant different usernames. You change them all the time because you think I won't notice you. Pasta Pete, Moon Man, El Magnificeo, Mohagany.

And Do you have proof of me stalking you cause that would actually help your side of the story but typing in all caps to leave you alone can be your choice of evidence

I think we should ask @Mahogany for his side if we are actually perming someone for trolling. SpydyrByte, it sounds like he is trolling you. Being
is really sounding unnecessary. It sounds like he isn't stalking, he is just dedicated to trolling because you are giving him a reaction. Keep in mind, I am not saying this is ok to do. This does warrant a punishment. At most I would say a day or week ban would suffice, but if we are going for a perm, it is incredibly unnecessary.  
Also, if he was gagged and muted a lot, this is sounding like another Sirflash incident. (Which we removed his perm and gave him a week ban because there was never any action past a gag/mute.) If this post is indeed trying to permaban Mahogany, we should be following the the order of punishment that is in the admin handbook

Ban for a Week or Few Days for racism? Understandable. Wanting a Perm from getting trolled? That's the most over reacting thing I've ever had someone want to do to me because they got mad about me simply killing them. The subject of targeting and focusing is dumb all in itself but yes if you are reacting in a salty way someone is gonna get a kick out of it because you're getting mad at the video game on the subject of stalking I already talked about this hopping onto xG Trade Servers when there is only 2 and me getting on the same server must be stalking right? I guess I can't change my name either to join those trade servers or someone might think I'm stalking them which is ridiculous, but being on the verge of a mental breakdown is going overboard with reactions getting trolled isn't the end of the world. Basic run down of things the Internet has Trolls if you are giving a reaction someone can get a kick out of expect to get Trolled. You talking as a cloaked spy and accusing me of hacks is one of the best moments I've ever had in TF2 in a Long Time.
