I just used Goblin because it's the name that popped up in my head. Playing Runescape a lot influenced it.

Everyone thinks I just use the name because of Tyler the Creator though.

also look at tomahawk and shadower, we were kinda iffy on them first but shadower is doing really well and tomahawk was probably one of the best mods.

I mean, I always kinda felt like Toma would have done great as staff and I'd like to promote him again when we get the chance. But it makes me happy that they're doing so well.

I can understand that, but some people have really good reactions and such. I agree with Bello, the guy doesn't look too stupidly suspicious/obvious. Though if I were a frequent mod on TGH I would keep on eye on him for suspicion sake.

They should be active on TS and servers at the least. I'd push for them to be active on the forums, but that's just me (probably).

Are you talking about something checking if they have been on TS at least once?

When I saw the demo, it looked really fishy when he snapped to the spy. I saw the spy's chat bubble, but he snapped to it right as the guy started to speak.

Lol. Friends and I switched from Skype to Discord because Skype is absolute garbage.

Discord is a solid and easy platform, but I don't see why we'd make one if we already have a Teamspeak ready for us to use.

The Discord UI look a lot better than TS UI though.

As for this case, it seems like something of a seldom enforced rules being carried out by a non-communicative Floppy.

Next time, Floppy explain why you took those actions if they think you abused power.

I think a better grasp of communication is what is needed.

Tatost, try to keep your eyes/ears open for any messages that staff put out for punishment; Floppy try to ensure that people can see what you're saying.

I literally asked Tatost to make an abuse report on the forums in case he sees any abuse in my actions, I'm sorry @Goblins, I'm not discouraging anyone, but I don't see this thread as an achievement the way you do, why ? ;

1- There's no eligible evidence at all

2- even if there was, and I regret that there isn't any, I don't think any staff member likes to be reported on doing their job

3- I really don't have any energy for this

I don't see this as an achievement. I see it as an expectation. If a player sees something that may seem like abuse, then they should get as much evidence as they can and make a thread.

The sticky is there to inform people about how to make an abuse thread. What you quoted from that sticky thread is literally telling you to make sure you have evidence. Tatost thought he had enough evidence, so he made the post.

Now I'm responding to this thread to fully understand the situation and make a decision based on the information I have.

I'm actually glad he made the report, so please don't discourage him for making this thread. If a player has an issue, they should bring it forth. We can talk it out and solve the issue.

As for the actual abuse, I don't know what to even say. The screenshots just shows us that he slayed you. That doesn't really tell me too much.

@Tatost get more witnesses to reply to this thread for more evidence I suppose.

Even if we could call them up I doubt there are tools in hammer that can stop knockback, but don't quote me on that.

What about the walls that are transparent to bullets on rocket jumping servers? Is there someway to integrate that?

The DM's would be working with him, but the division higher-ups as a whole are the ones who are promoting him. We'd all have to pitch in and give him some aid to his short fuse.

Alright, now that I am sober, I can finally give a reply to Egossi being a DM.

I'm fine with him being a DM, but at the same time I'm not. He knows his stuff and admins pretty well. Although when he has given me suggestions for rule changes and I disagree with him, he seems to get angry really quick.

For example: About a couple weeks ago he asked why reds weren't allowed to camp and suggested that we should let them camp on Jailbreak. I told him it gave an unfair advantage over other Reds and Blues. Plus LCT can't actually see outlines of the Reds' until LCT is in a certain range.

He got angry and proceeded to say things like "Oh that's dumb" or just called me profane names (which I just assume he is joking with those).

I'd like a DM that doesn't act like that when someone disagrees. I'd like one that calmly replies with more reasons to persuade us to reconsider changing the rules.
