+1 He's a great person. However I'm a little biased since I know him in real life. He's my best bud and he's a lot more mature and relaxed than I am. I think he'll be a great addition to xG.

-1 I don't exactly think you're qualified for the moderator position. I personally didn't see you on that often on the server. As well as that I have yet to see anything that would make me convinced to +1 this. I'm also gonna mention when you came into the spawn, and down into the shop while I was working on the shop to build a penis there and go in chat to say "ha ha penis." I'll keep this as a -1 until I see a reason to change it to a +1.

Edit: I was pretty sure you weren’t immature enough to the point where you would find that unironically funny. However, ironically or not, it was not humorous. Also, why would I have to ask you “Hey, why did you build a penis in spawn?” Since it is common sense to not build a penis in spawn anyways. You were opted to assist in building the spawn and were able to place blocks. You abused that fact and to my knowledge, no one else was silly enough to build a penis in the spawn. Judging from your reply to my vouch, I still believe you aren’t qualified for the moderator position.

+1 Hong is a great dude. He's already the Division Manager of Garry's Mod, a prevalent Discord Moderator, and the host behind the XenoGamers community nights. I have no doubt in my mind that he'll be a great addition to the TeamFortress2 staff roster. Only thing I worry about is him juggling those positions but knowing Hong, he should be capable enough an reasonable enough to be just fine.

(Just ignore the fact that I haven't played on a xG TF2 server for almost four years or something.)

Typically servers created earlier on have a higher chance of becoming popular, and if the game actually stuck around in popularity then we could regret not making a server early on

I just bought the game and would totally be down to hop on an xG server, i think we should give it a shot, who knows maybe we'll get more members from this game who might take interest in the other divisions as well

I'm still a little bit on the fence but I think he has improved to a tolerable amount. He was reasonable enough to halt an argument during a 10manner and instead of arguing, he was playing the game. I hope to see him continue that trend to avoid conflicts and to find a reasonable resolution and to not let his anger get out. Good job feller, keep up the good work.

  I think I would be capable enough for a staff role in GMOD. I enjoy TTT and I've played it numerous amounts of times so I would say I'm knowledgeable of rules and of what not to do. I want to assist in seeing this division grow and I want to have a part in that. I believe I am mature and active enough to do so. I would try to look at issues objectively and not have a bias when something arises. I'm reasonable enough to admit when I'm wrong and to accept my failures and to reach out to ensure those failures and wrongdoings are corrected so I wouldn't commit them again. I'm pretty active in the xG Discord server. To end this off, I'll ask of the people who post their vouches, who also -1 to explain why they -1 and how I could improve myself.

Darrth is a mature and relaxed person. He’s reasonable and capable at his staff job in CSGO in my opinion. I would expect him to do well as a gmod staff member.

I work at a Chinese Restaurant during the summer. I only got this job because my Uncle hired me. So if you guys go to a certain town in Pennsylvania, you’ll find me. I only work 5-6 hours a day. 1pm-7pm or 3pm-8pm.

Absolutely awesome guy to be with. He's fun, yet sensible enough when to stop the fun from letting it get out of hand. He's pretty active in discord and when he joins, it's a great time. I think he'll be a great addition to the staff team.

+1 From my few experiences with Pear lately, I enjoyed his company and seemed pretty upbeat with me. He seemed happier and it was a fucken hoot(a decent amount of laughter) to be around for a bit. However, I only was with him 2-4 times after his ban. I briefly spoke to him if we were playing a game and it was fine casual talk.  Although, the times I was with him was pretty good. 

He's a good guy in my books. He needs to learn how to control his emotions more or learn when to bring stuff into pms and not let things boil into public channels. I believe he should get unbanned and given a second chance for now.
