I think you forgot bout Spooks just standing there bb which doesn't fit this narrative at all. also it seems like you are trying to make it out that the staff were trying to frame you and get you banned by getting in your way for shits and giggles which is idiotic by itself.

This is literally just denial if ive ever seen it you clearly flashed after I bumped into you please feel free to watch the end of the second demo once again.

Besides just disproving w/e spooks was on about her not being bumped, bumping into one spy without meaning too does not a hacker make, so far the only thing I can legitimately call even remotely suspect is the final kill on spooks, everything else is me spy checking the contained area with spies that had been continuously respawning and coming back to the same area. I would give you guys the win if I had specifically walked into areas with invis spies and then bumped into them. But there is no such evidence because there was nothing there in the first place besides a batch of people who do not like to lose.

    Reread my comment above please.

I'm not talking about the red scouts you see running, i'm talking about the invisible spys that you seem to shoot close to so often. There are a lot of "convenience" when you are spy checking, a lot of the time especially in the first demo, that you are shooting so close to the invisible spy or you just so happen to to decide to spy check when one is in the area.

This isn't some competition, i'm not sure why you think it is, there is legitimate concern on your playing and it was handled at the admins' discretion and they, myself included, felt it's too suspicious and too convenient.

Perhaps they believe that the evidence is sufficient enough to keep you banned?

Also, i would like it if the higher ups would settle this matter as it has been awhile and i believe everyone would like a decision as soon as possible

You "conveniently" walked in the direction of spooks at the end of the second demo. THEN you bumped into her which caused the flash. I watched the demo multiple times and that's exactly what happened which reinforced the theory of wall hacks.

And the fact there is a strange part in TF2 that specifically tracks CLOAKED SPY KILLS.

Look I was sitting in cloak and dagger out of your range the second I joined. First thing that ticked me off was you shot your shotgun near at me when the only other person behind me was another cloaked spy. Second tick that I got was when you were recharging your health at the saloon type building. You turned 360 degrees and chased me full cloak trying to get the bump. The third shown in that second demo, You literally walked right at me then continued to chase even though I was not even bumped. I %100 believe you were hacking, and you were terrible at covering it up. Keep in mind I never uncloaked or attacked you back. there was No way you could have seen me on all three of those cases in less than 4 minutes. I vouche you stay banned just for trying to pull the "every spy I killed I bumped" cliche.

Thing is everything here explains how sketchy you were and it isn't about you being "so good and aimbotting" it's bout wall hacking to see spies which you would get them in the most suspicious ways plus there are ways with hacking to make it seem less obvious, and you say "bad spy play" event though @Ms.Spooks was just sitting around in cloak and dagger and wasn't killing or anything

Hours mean nothing when you can just make an alt account to hack with, just because you've played a lot doesn't mean you won't hack with a side account when you're bored so that really is not a reason for why you were not hacking . Also your descriptions for seeing spies are like the blandest things that anyone can come with that anyone can come up with to explain it

plus they are already pretty sketchy about you "hearing their footsteps" along with your entire team and enemies shooting and walking, and how you start shooting to spy check randomly is all basically what hackers do to justify their suspicious kills

May I suggest capping the max level/money/exp to be much lower? It's pretty fun to have some of these insane upgrades, but the fact that you can have basically infinite money and exp means you never need to make any real balancing decisions, as you can eventually totally max out everything anyway. Furthermore having near infinite money/exp generated is what leads to people eventually becoming almost impossible to kill. I think money should be capped to an amount that allows you to max out two stats at most to be honest, that way you might actually have to choose between offensive and defensive capabilities.

Also, as much as I hate to say it, disabling caps is probably for the better when the exp/money system relies solely on killing people, as capping just leads to a period of free kills, ergo free money, and then a snowball effect, making it easier to cap next round.

Okay, I know some people have a pseudo-religious cult-like obsession with this map, but really, we have a better version that maintains the same aesthetic.

Seriously, I cannot think of any actual reasons we should still have old cyberpunk in rotation. What does the old one have that the new one doesn't? The new cyberpunk has a sniper-tower, a disco room, and it also benefits from the fact that it's not a tiny fricken hallway with horrible clipping everywhere.

Old cyberpunk should go, it's basically outdated and objectively a worse experience.

Please god, I could write an essay on all the reasons cyberpuke is an awful map. Besides, we have a better version now, one that's not just a singular hallway cluttered with clipping being looked upon by two sniper-towers. Also the spawns in that one aren't infuriating. +1 it needs to go. Trash that garbage.

Ms.Spooks reacted to Moosty in Let's Remove Cyberpunk 2_2
+1 it's not necessarily a bad map, outside of being able to block doors with arcade machines there aren't really any glitches or exploits, the issue with this map is just the trolling with music/light spam etc. For you to reasonably play this map enjoyably you need to disable music and avoid the disco area. Sure it's not that hard to do, but that's still a rather high barrier to entry just to be on a map without going insane. The thing is though, you can't even do that, because what's a cool, well executed and reasonably fair idea on 2_a is a pretty big flaw in 2_2. I'm talking of course about random spawns. It not only makes avoiding the flashing lights of the disco impossible, but also turns what would be a cool and decently balanced idea, the sniper towers, into just a cheese fest to race for a spawn in the other teams tower, to camp.

Tl;dr we have a better cyberpunk in every way, and this one causes nothing but toxicity whenever we join. It's the biggest example of what I call the "Michael Bay effect": A map that people who understand the system nominate first because that's what usually gets picked, knowing it's bad/controversial and going to cause toxicity. Except in this case it's easier, you just play the ear rape beeping song and have your friend remove the floor. Boom, everyone on the server is pissed, but can't stop it for 30ish seconds. Then it just repeats.

Honestly I usually leave on Hallway hell, and I know I'm not alone.

+1 Low key raises my blood pressure yelling at the same kiddos who think it's funny to lock up the disco room with the arcade machines. It's buggy af, small, linear, the music is bad, it's spammy, always someone turns the lights off over and over, and There is always someone sitting in friendly locking the control room. Cyberpunk 2_a is an upgrade in every way. I hope we can bury this "classic" map to never be remembered.

Map isn't fun to play on, you can get bodyblocked so often when there's a good amount of players on.
2 Players fall and get teleported to that place you go to when you fall and you're stuck
Platforming makes it not fun to play especially for the punishment of failure being potential bodyblock and being right next to the enemy/your spawn.
The map isn't very spacious too, tight and narrow for the most part. There are places to get teleported to but mostly it's a small map and a pain to play on.

Ms.Spooks reacted to LAN_Megalodon in Remove Trade Apadiel
+1 Platforming's annoying, the fact that anyone who falls into the pit gets sent to a single location right outside red's spawn leads to a ton of body-blocking, and maybe it's just me, but I seem to drop frames by even looking at the enemy spawn. (Whereas no frame drops on maps like wubwub/trainsawlaser/etc.)

Ms.Spooks reacted to Vexx in Staff Psa: Issuing Warnings
So apparently staff doesn't know how warnings work on the servers based on recent incidents, so I'm going to go over how warnings should be issued.

A normal warning: You tell the player through All Chat (which is just a single @ before your sentence in public chat) OR Voice what they are doing wrong. If the player does not acknowledge when using voice, give them another warning through All Chat, before punish them for their first punishment.

Quoted from the staff manual: Warn, then slay/mute (sometimes optional), then kick, then ban [WSKB]
Players should know why they were punished
When you punish a player, make sure to let them know why they were punished so they can improve.
Example: Person Y freekilled person X, you slay person Y and respawn person X. You need to tell person Y why they were slain. Something like "You were slain because you freekilled person X." works.

How past warnings work: If you warn a player for something in the past and they do it, don't immediately jump to banning them. Depending on the amount of time it has been since their last warning for the incident, you may need to warn them again to remind them not to do it. 1 warning per week is good enough for someone who is repeating the same offense. If you feel the person has committed an offense too many times you can jump to a kick.

Now keep in mind, you can skip warnings for certain things. An example of this would be: Hacking, micspamming music, exploiting, etc. Generally if you are unsure what to do about a situation, feel free to ask a fellow staff member. If you're still unsure, please look at the staff manual here: TF2 Staff Manual (Everything you need to know!)

Removed: !cptele should only be used to advance in the map, NOT for gaining an advantage in the arena/fighting area!

You can basically CPTele anywhere except the enemy team's spawn now. This rule was removed since it is not being enforced.
