I want to join because I want to help the community. This has many possibilities that are open for Me:
1: Helping out on Group Projects

3: watching for hackers and reporting them

So please, I have many more reasons but I'm sticking to a minimum so I can Show you IN GAME. This is one of the best reasons I want to be a member: Helping YOU guys grow!

Every time I go to check the server on gmod to see if anyone is on it there isn't anyone on it. Is the gmod division really needed? There's only one gamemode anyways so I don't really see the point of keeping it since there isn't anything going on in the community and in fact the last thing posted in the gmod division discussion was in August 22 of this year. Are the CL's thinking of doing anything with this division or is it forever going to stay abandoned?

I've made a lot of tough decisions ever since I got DM then obtained DL then finally CL/CM
but none of them are harder than this one
I'm stepping down from CM to Member and will be removing my own powers shortly after posting this.
 
Since @Aegean came back everything has gotten way better and there are no longer giant retarded shitstorms to take care of.
@Bello has control of the TF2 division and is a great DL so no real problems there. (Besides valve forgetting about the game)
@Lithium has a solid grasp on the ever growing CS:GO Division and @Bleed is his guardian angel.
 
It would seem a good amount of people want me to step down now and I shall oblige them.
I have been here for four years and I don't have the time or the passion anymore I much rather do something else then play TF2 or CS:GO with what time I have.
I'm not active on teamspeak because most the people I enjoyed have left I only really come on to see @Vector and that is still not often.

Regardless of how it came to this, there is no doubt that you were a great staff member and xG was very lucky to have you for so many years helping out as much as you did. I hope all the best with everything going on in your life, and don't shy away from ever participating in something that interests you in xG if you have the time.

Sorry, but this entire post sounds so horrible for somebody who has nothing to do with TF2. Especially when you made that blatantly disrespectful comment to a member of a community who was pretty much bullied into stepping down because he was very obviously disliked by people such as you, and you are supposed to represent and manage that community?
Am I missing something important here? And I really have to ask, are you serious?

I work full time at the dear old terrible Walmart and TF2 has been going down hill ever since 2015's halloween update.
 
I'm also just not a fan of CS:GO's Jailbreak/minigames.
 
Teamspeak activity dropped because most the people I enjoyed chatting have went somewhere else, So I have just been watching the forums and helping Bello when he asks.
 
And the Caleb comment has to be the only huge asshole thing I have ever posted AND I don't regret it.

Just a quick update, teamspeak community channels aren't getting deleted till the 6th, we are extending the deadline to claim your channel BUT on the 6th if your main channel has more then 4 subchannels, we will just delete the extras from the bottom up or just delete unclaimed channels.
