This is not the place for spamming forum posts, my guy. As well, I did give my honest opinion from what I have seen of his presence on the forum. It had adequate bearing on the situation, so I posted it.
I will just leave it at that, as I do not really see a need to argue here.

This is just a general PSA:
While community interaction and involvement is almost always strongly encouraged and appreciated, it is important to remember that constantly creating new threads in general can be a bit overbearing and annoying to other users - i.e. just not the best forum etiquette. If you have threads you would like to contribute to our community, make sure you're thinking about the best place to put them (for example, this one would be well suited under our trading category). Being careful about not creating new threads constantly is also important because it makes sure that nobody else's threads get buried, making sure we all have adequate representation of our opinions in the community!
Also as a relevant note to some of the other threads that have popped up: Grave-digging (bring up threads that have a closure to them either via time, loss of relevancy, or visible ending of some sort) is very highly frowned upon and can get you into some trouble, so please try and keep forum conversations to things that are still on going and relevant to our community!
Lastly, Just a reminder to please be respectful to each other when at all possible. We are a community and while its not always easy to get along with each other, its important to try and at least try to avoid aggressive actions towards others weather it be in threads or in direct messages involving community matters. Please focus on keeping threads on topic and if there are any interpersonal issues, this is not the place to be handling them!

There's better ways and places to say not only this but all the other threads, which are the reason people are saying this is spam, not this thread by itself. No one is trying to shut him down for trying to be helpful, but because of the overall situation that is becoming a fair bit bothersome.
I mean not everyone is going to love each other, but since you are obviously trying to get staff I really suggest you look at your attitude. The whole point of requiring 50 forum posts before you can apply is for you to show some commitment to the clan but garnishing posts by themselves though is minuscule in terms of importance compared to other factors namely being your behavior. Even if you don't like someone you should still address them with some respect and in general not be flat out rude.

People are just fucking retarded on the server to the point where it’s not fun so I’d rather not spend my time on the server and just have fun playing rainbow six and practicing CSGO (yes I know cs source is better)
So expect me to not hop on as much. Especially when dumb-o bumb-o s come online.
If anyone is good at R6 add me on PS4 (Furiousfrt)
and to anyone that isn’t a complete bag of garbage I’ll just call you on discord whenever we can play.
Bye nerds ?
also just to piss someone off.

Sup. I have been wanting to apply for Mod for months now and finally I have made enough forum submissions to apply. (WooHoo) Also, I think that I have been on long enough to earn player's respect and establish myself as mature enough for Mod. I love this community and I promise to keep it as well kept as possible, for as long as possible.

Just gonna close this before it DOES spiral into a worse of a shitstorm, but first I will say a few things.
This is just flat out untrue, we've taken everything that has been brought up to us by different people into account and acted according to what was given to us.
You are free to think whatever you want of whoever you want, but spreading what you think of them when you claim that is the issue in the first place just heightens the problem. If you think the server has been going downhill then by all means give us feedback, but downright insulting people isn't and will never be the way to spread your message.
You say the staff are idiots, they dont know what they're doing, etc and you HAVE given us feedback, but you still say we just don't care about what it is people tell us and "continue to make it worse". If you can tell us where we are going wrong then by all means, but at this point it just feels like you are insulting us for the sake of insulting us. I honestly had a lot of faith in you when you applied for xG and even once you got in, but since then I've noticed you've just been going around and stirring shit up with other members of the community, which at this point it just won't be tolerated. I wish you the best in whatever it is you decide to do, see you around.

Unfortunately, you lose membership and you get permed from all servers when you get permed from one that is specifically related to sourcebans. You will have to do one of the challenges if you want to come back.
I already made a post specifically highlighting staff not to do this. If you are experiencing staff members doing this, you need to start making abuse threads instead of just complaining. You may well experience it, but I don't unfortunately.
I also want to know why you were on CSGO with a bhop script in the first place. You should already know yourself that scripting on TF2 is not allowed.

If you're having issues with people to the point you don't want to be on the servers then you of all people would imaginably know how that can be addressed openly here to try and find what's causing any actual problems to hopefully improve the situation. Personal issues between people (which you seem to have been in no short of in the past) are always going to exist but when called out directly they can be extinguished fairly easily especially if they are driving someone away.
That being said, you're kind of a prick to put it lightly, the needlessly rude and dickish insults thrown here not being the only points that you've expressed behavior like this. If you'd really be intent on people around here who watch you spout crap like this to come join you playing other games or even to make new friends in wherever you go i'd really recommend you try and act a bit more, well, friendly.
Whether you stick around to some extent or come back in the future, I would hope your attitude improves from how it has been. If you don't end up interacting with xG ever again, i'd still recommend working on your behavior nonetheless.

I believe he shows an exceptional amount of maturity as well as discipline and respect for not only our rules but also other players on our servers. Many times I have joined TGH to hear cook meticulously explaining a rule to someone with a question as well as dissuading people breaking rules in an appropriate fashion. I feel like he also has exceptional outreach within the player base of our servers, communicating and befriending pretty much all people he talks to.
I know cook is my friend so there is probably a bit of bias, but i think most anyone you could ask that knows him would agree with what i've said.
also,

So it's a recolored pokecord. Seems even more pointless then.
Having it in the same channel would likely only annoy people who don't want to be spammed with spawns from a bot they don't use over the ones they do.
Odd you'd quote my statement but categorize it with the points that had nothing to do with it. To word it differently, if the discord is going to thrive then people ought to be coming on it for the purpose of chatting and hanging out with other people of xG in an open environment. Bots like this don't really serve to help that at all and instead deviate from it if anything.

This should be a long thread, (unless it derails like usual), I just want to know what reactions on the forums give positive rep and which give negative rep

On PC its basically:
Left side of the bar is positive, right side is neutral/negative
Mobile is:
Top is positive
Bottom is neutral/negative
For the most part at least.

I guess an actual recent accomplishment I've had is breaking my iPhone 5s that I've had for 3 years. Not much, but it's the first piece of tech I've ever broken
