  I have played xG for a while now. I love the community and the servers. I always try my best to help new players understand the rules. I have been working on myself since I have previously applied for staff. Overall I want to help Improve xG's community. I basically live on the servers. I know the rules like the back of my hand and I believe I would be good at enforcing them. I know all of the staff and I think I'm friends with most of them.

Ok fat manning is bad. But if we have an excess amount of people the team captain should not be forced to pick someone they don't like or don't play well with. But if someone (imma be real and say goldfish) if goldfish @t's ten manner and gets people together and is on the server like 15 minutes before it starts he should not be fat manned. But if its spontaneous and 13 people join within 4 minutes of each other it should be captains pick

Too many problems IMO. Also, I don't see any problems with the current state. You should not be forced to pick a player to be on your team just cause they joined first.

Mr. Gladiator is definitely a problem, but I don't think losing member is the right way to go.
