-1 Too Jewish + 1 Leotekk is active on the servers and doesnt cause problems as much as I'm concerned.

I'd like to see some evidence to support that the people that roflmao killed were in fact freekills, I'll leave my full input later but I'm teetering between a +1 and a 0 for now. If you don't even know if any T's were really freekilled, then there wasn't really a reason to ban him as he could have only freekilled 1 or even no people (unless you're absolutely certain 2 or more T's were killed).

This whole "I'm rebel hunting" is really flawed and ruins part of the game, it needs to be changed or scrapped. I see a lot of CTs using this phrase bound at the start of every round so they are covered to be where they want when they want for the whole round. This just gives an excuse for a CT to be somewhere they should not be, i.e the other side of a vent or standing next to a gun on the map. Imo CTs should remain with Ts at all times and only go to chase a T if they physically see them run away. It should be up to the warden to tell a CT to go and hunt a rebel if a head count is done and they are one or two short. That way you don't get people hanging around in places waiting for rebels.

I don't think it should be allowed. Choosing Race as an LR option shows up in chat to the CTs "<name> has chosen race, watch for where the start and end points are". This technically would initiate LR.

I slayed you once for abusing a map exploit and going into a region on the map where it's impossible to be seen by anyone. Right away you go into an all out rage. Then next map after Last Game Cube gagged you for disrespect I ended up kicking when you came back because you continued to keep disrespecting. Finally, you come back one last time and you keep disrespecting. As per admin handbook, Sousei banned you.

Multiple times kicked/slayed. Not only today you showed us all your previous bans were valid but you were a constant distraction throughout the entire game by bagging on game cube. No one wants to hear an ashe ketchum cosplayer contantly crying throughout the entire game. If you have a problem with him, deal with it somewhere else instead of making it such a big deal.

If the warden says something like that, I'd assume Ts know exactly what he's talking about, and just yell "TARP!" cause they just like to be dicks. It's hardly even a big deal assuming this is a puny (is it even a tarp? who the fuck cares, honestly) and i doubt anybody can ever be killed for it (Which map has a ramp/stairs?) People keep confusing everyone making them think this is a tarp and I think it should be dealt with in the rules, unless i'm blind and can't see it..

They aren't the same thing, however this is really the most minor kind of tarp that could happen in my opinion, and it isn't even close to being slay worthy on its own. There would be a problem if the warden started killing people for being at the bottom of cell ramp instead of cell stairs and vice versa. If a T genuinely cannot understand warden's orders because he says ramp instead of stairs, then that T should probably just quit playing CS:S in general.

This isnt official, but if you want to be technical yes they are different. As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to people wardening if they say stairs instead of ramp, or ramp instead of stairs, all the Ts already know what he's talking about(Everyone always goes there), the only people who yell tarp are people trying to troll the warden.

If a CT sees a rebel, they do not have to announce their intentions to "rebel hunt". It makes no sense to require them to say they are if they did in fact see a rebel (in vents, armory, etc). Imagine seeing a rebel in a vent shooting you, then due to a rule you must type out that you are rebel hunting... seems kind of stupid to me. Now, one may rebel hunt if they have a suspicion that there are rebelling T's, either through a headcount, gunshots, etc. Just use your common sense in these types of situations. If staff members find out you were "rebel hunting", but have been playing around on the piano keyboard for the last 30 seconds, you will be slain. That is the purpose of the rule, to limit the amount of CT's wandering around aimlessly so they can play whatever they feel like. Summary: 1) You do not have to announce you are hunting for rebels if you physically see a rebel. 2) You MUST announce you are rebel hunting if you do not physically see a rebel, but have reasonable suspicion that there is a rebel.

I understand, but Hunting and Pursuing are two completely different things. Hunting means you do not know the whereabouts of a Rebel; whereas when you are pursuing one because you saw them, you know of their whereabouts.

With as inactive as some of the staff has been, we pretty much are juggling everything right now. And i dont mind doing the petty things, it helps you have better communication with staff and members.

If you select race you have chosen an lr, and that in fact renders your ability to choose to rebel invalid. Doesn't matter if you choose one race point or not, you can't select race then rebel. One or the other.

In total of what I saw, he killed 4+ Ts. I gave the order to stack up on my spray. The majority of the Ts that were killed[i was watching with a scope] still had their feet and part of their bodies on the spray,[basically standing half on, half off, my spray.] which technically counts as being on my spray. A couple weren't, but still 3 were killed. I say it should stay at a week.

No, thats an admins job. You're job is to create and enforce new ideas that make your respective division better than the other ones. Enforcing rules is what a moderator does, if you want to be a glorified moderator than be an admin. Division Managers, as blatantly as the title says it, manage a division. You need to work within your division to make your admins and moderators better and leave the petty problems to them, as it is not your concern.
