EDIT: I meant to refer to the lesser known servers such as Trade History. I know that the division itself has a lot of attention. It seems like the TF2 division is getting very little attention. It has been brought to my attention multiple times and with Muffin leaving and only having 1 Division Leader, I have come up with one conclusion. The structure is decaying. We need to give this division more attention, I really could care less if it is a F2P game. It doesn't matter. This game has made it's mark in the video game world, and the label F2P should have no influence on its originality. I digress. We need to seriously start giving the division the proper attention that it deserves. It seems like only 1 staff member truely cares about this division and that is an issue we need to fix. There are multiple problems with the servers that we need to take into consideration and they are listed but not limited to: Broken plugins Broken maps Unfitting aspects Obnoxious plugins Minimal staff This is just the notable of many issues regarding to the TF2 division and we need to take action so that the division can only get stronger. If anyone owns Steam, then they have played TF2 at least once. This game isn't just a self-governed division, it needs to BE governed if ANYTHING. This division seems to be the one that gets the least attention. There are many things that us as a clan can do to fix these problems. Many are listed but not limited to: Hiring more Staff Promoting more Division leaders that KNOW TF2 inside AND out. Get rid of corrupted staff Do a complete clean-up of all servers and restore them to their former glory. This is just some of many things we can do to help restore the TF2 servers. I am amazed at how huge this division is. Because this division is of an F2P game, it is the biggest division. This means that it should be given the most attention to or it can end harshly.

Note: I'm not blasting anyone, but trying to rally all of us to start getting active on other servers. It's not that big of a concern, but it's one we should try to avoid! I have noticed that we have a lot of members and staff who are active on one server or game type (i.e. Jailbreak, Trade) and aren't as active on another type of server xG has set up for the TF2 Division! My main concern is mod spam! What is mod spam? When more than one mod is on one server while the other servers lack a staff member. Why is this a concern you say? Well for one, having one server populated with staff members while the other doesn't help xG's clan image. I have noticed Jailbreak #1 populated with Six Staff members all at one time. Is this good? In some way yes, but it would be awesome if instead of spamming mods on one server we can diversify our activity. What brought this to my attention was a post here on forums (won't mention him) from someone who populated Deathrun and noticed no staff members were on. Having an entire divisions staff and members who populate xG servers of TF2 would help recruit more members and give off a better vibe and look on what xG is based on, a clan that welcomes all (except SNG huehue) and show that xG and it's staff members care for it's diverse population! Regular non-staff members this helps you too if you want to become staff! By becoming more active on other servers you show that you are ready, willing, and able to visit our other servers and being more active presents yourself in a more positive light! So let's get diverse in our activity staff and non-staff, let's start populating our other servers! As always comments/opinions are welcome! :coffee:

this isn't a trick and we will be just fine. Honestly all of the people who were steeping down rarely came on the servers. nothing will change. origins will never be DM cuz he's bad and rages :p. also we have a lot of members right now. ( some should be promoted already, not me cuz im gonna be inactive for about 4 more months) so don't worry about needing mods.

Nothing substantial. TF2 is one of our more popular Divisions at the moment, and with that said, it won't just disappear off the face of the earth due to a few people stepping down or resigning. Albeit that they will be missed, replacements will be made by those who can take on the task of doing so ;)

People move on, man. It's happened before, it'll happen more in the future. We've gone through dozens of DM/DL's in xG's history. Some will step down, others will take their place. Who? That'll be up to the community leaders and your respected DL's of your Div.
