Googled your steamid (of this account at least) and on the first page found several other communities where you are permanently banned for "aimbotting" and "Namehacking" One of them listed you IP address which I then googled to find what I assume are more of your accounts since they also use the same exact name [ßP] Oven ᴹᴺ....also banned for aimbotting, including a SMAC ban for aimbotting. Here's some screenshot of what I found in 5 minutes, I bet I could find a bunch more if I took the time to. so uh... -1 for unban, and I think we should also add a ban for the steamid STEAM_0:0:49561510 @kbraszzz

To be honest, I was on today and had to teamswitch this guy for freekill and glitching onto blu, even if he shouldn't be banned anymore, he doesn't know the rules of jailbreak at all.

I unfortunately don't have proof, though it would be pretty easy to get it. The guy's name is "Of Earth: Krillin". I played with him earlier and while I was healing him I could see that a majority of his shots were landing on the Hale, who was nearly at the top of the tower on Mann Co HQ and moving around quite a bit, even though we were standing near spawn. I can guarantee Hachi's screens are his doing

Yup, i'm finally applying to xG. Finally being out of school allowed me to make the time to do this, and i'm hoping i'll be accepted into xG within atleast a week or two.. xG: JB is just my crack, just sayin'.

I may not be an xG member just yet, but, given the evidence shown above (Ideally the last photo), it seems there was no reason for a Kick regarding Disrespect. I can vouch for the unnecessary kick, as I was currently in the game, and Dr. Strange Love showed no signs of aggressive or disrespectful behavior. As for the reaction to the Kick, I can understand how Dr. Strange Love would react as the Kick was clearly unnecessary. If it were me, I can't say that I would react the same way, but I would DEFINITELY be frustrated and rather upset with the Kick. Also, regarding the newly introduced Disrespect Policy, it is somewhat apparent that some mods (I cannot name any at this time) have been as one would say "abusing it". It is nearly impossible to tell whether or not someone is joking when using a written message. For instance, one can argue that the following sentence is disrespectful: "You're a faggot. Haha" But it could just as easily have been sarcasm or a joke. There's not much that I can say regarding this, as I am not an xG member. But, with regards to Dr. Strange Love's dilemma, I think it was an un-just Kick as well as an unfair ban.
