It's a shame that such drastic measures have been done, but everything is for the better and future of the clan. Everyone else should be advised that we have a set of rules in place and everyone is to follow them exactly and there will be no favoritism whatsoever.

During recent months, toxicity has become a major issue within xenoGamers. Recently, there's been an extreme amount of drama, toxic attitudes and just a general feeling of negative behavior. There's been a discussion between the Community Leaders, Division Leaders/Managers and Silence and Nomulous as to how we can begin to stem the extreme amount of toxic behavior within xenoGamers. As a result of our discussion, we came up with a series of reforms which we believe will help to get xenoGamers back on track, especially in the area of the community's behavior. We've combed through the roster of our members, and identified who we consider to be the most toxic and contributing towards a negative community environment. The memebers listed below will receive a punishment (of varying degrees of severity) due to their negative/toxic behavior. Tier 1 (removal of membership and in-game/forum ban): -Vector -Iggy Iggs Tier 2 (shorter in-game ban and/or forum ban, at risk for membership removal): -Gayporneon -Banginonatrashcan -SupremeWolf Tier 3 (at risk for punishment) -Hachi -Bach -Fasty In addition, we're going to be taking a more strict approach towards toxic behavior in the future. Keep in mind, just because the members were identified as having a negative/toxic behavior DOES NOT give you the right to bully/harass them in any way, shape or form. Additionally, please keep all replies civil and on-topic. Posts attempting to derail or harass will be deleted and the user responsible may be banned from the forums. Post @Nomulous Edit: This thread is for informative reasons. Do not discuss or argue any facts that are written within the thread. If someone decides to comment, please do not add to a "shitstorm", you as a contributor may/will get punished for doing so.

Ah, here it is. Lol. I'm ok with being on teir 3; I understand why. I've somewhat gotten more control of myself and I'll honestly say I've gotten better. I know there's been things in the past and that's why I'm on the list but I'm willin to work things out and make everything better.

I'm going to give my non-biased opinion on each member and why I think they are here. Tier 1: @Vector Huge loads of disrespect and no change in behavior since demotion. @GreyIgnis Trolling and disrespect towards a recent ban that is not going to be discussed here. Tier 2: @Gr8_Butt_M8 Trolling, disrespect, overall toxicity. @BANGINONATRASHCAN Trolling. @SupremeWolf Trolling. Tier 3: @Hachi Outbursts of anger, with excuse of being bipolar. @Bach Trolling, lack of being able to take a lot of things seriously. @GottaGoFast (Fasty) Trolling? Not super sure why he's on here. Now regarding each ban, Vector: He's been a huge issue on the server and somehow loopholes it to make him look like the good guy at all times. I fully agree with this decision. I love the guy, but come on man. Every person that says something you do not like does not deserve to have you wishing their mother was a zombie. Iggy: With the recent ban I mentioned earlier in my post, he has continued laughing at it, even though we have said it's not a joke. He has also said he has become less mature and more of a troll BECAUSE he no longer has a staff position. This makes me believe he was never fit at all in the first place. I also agree with this ban. Gayporneon (Dillon): I feel like I get into an argument with Dillon every day, and he is overall an immature person. I have not seen one day go by that he isn't yelling at the top of his lungs in an argument. Every single day, there's something new to argue about for him. Some action should be taken here in my honest opinion, maybe even a removal of his membership. I feel, however, he is not deserving of a perm. Banginonatrashcan: Huge troll. He's dispenser blocked a ton, and has just been an issue on the server. I have to say I regret +1'ing him in the first place. He finds himself funny, and he just trolls everyday so hard. +1 for punishment on him. Supreme: He's trolled forums many times and was salty for the longest time about getting moderator. I believe he trolls now purely because he never got a promotion, and some form of punishment I believe should be taken on Supreme as well. This is where it gets interesting. Hachi: She's arguably one of my best friends in xG, and I do agree she has random (very random) outbursts of anger and she blames it on her being bipolar. She has not done it in awhile, and I'm happy to say that. If she continues to do well regarding this, I think she's fine. @kbraszzz has agreed that it's been awhile since she's caused an issue herself. I say watch her and we'll see where it goes from there. Bach: Former DM and CL, he knows the weak points of the clan, which is probably why he's on this list. When he posted the pictures of the dogs, he declared that he did it just because Silence said not to post pictures of women's clothing, and Bach originally had no idea it had anything to do with the recent ban. He messed up, yes. I also say watch Bach, and if anything happens, punishment should be taken. I look up to Bach and I know many others do as well. He is a troll at times, but he's a good person at heart. Not to mention the recent BobbyWow issues. Fasty: Like I said, not sure why he's on here. I got him into xG, and I love the dude. Others have told me he's on here because he's a troll, but I've had no issues with him. I think he's a good dude. I know for a fact this will be a shitstorm. But I hope this is the shitstorm to end all shitstorms.

In my opinion, rather than instantly remove membership, make a member protest on all of them so the community decides. @Community Leaders I'm not sure about in the servers or teamspeak, but I haven't seen anything bad from vector on the forums in a while

Im on agreement with the list for the most part. But it aint the CL's and DL's who are on the servers. It's all good to ask 230 people who they think they should go. (Which is a lot of work, good job Dethman.) And then discuss it. But there's maybe a little more to take into account. How long has it been since their last incident? Has their attitude improved in the past 2 months. Are they popular within the non xG community? Do these people have a grudge against him/her? etc etc. I think Vector should be tier 2, he has improved slightly since i last spoke with him. Just my opinion, which i hope wont be attacked viciously, like England supporters at a Scottish football game.

Most drama is made because those who instigated it can get away with it since some staff have favorites and show favoritism to others.

It's great that people are saying what's on their minds instead of flinging poop at each other like monkeys.

To be honest, in my opinion Vector should be on the tier 3 list and SupremeWolf on the tier 1 list. Vector is really active on the tf2 servers, and in my opinion his behavoir has gotten better. He seems to care about the servers, while supremewolf is just constantly trolling and bullying.

Some of these tier listings are total bullshit since most are biased, due to personal feelings and grudges towards them.

Its surprises me why peoples can't do the simple thing and just talk it out and forgive and forget.

Well if threads like that end up with harassment and hate, punish them, isn't that the point of this thread, to punish people when things like that happen, and warn them beforehand? And since you messaged a lot of people to get the names, what did you do to decide who gets what tier? Was it the same where you messaged everyone on the punishment too, or only left punishment to higher ups? Some of those tier people should definitely be in different positions from what I have seen from them. Besides, protests are better because it leaves room for discussion. Many things have been solved in ban requests etc. by someone else posting and clearing something up, who otherwise may not have been able to do so

Basically this. We have to censor because everyone on this website curses every fourth word so I mean.

Unless you want to donate the money required to run the website and servers, we have to have the censorship on as it allows us to get ad revenue.

I don't understand. Why hasn't ASock been perm'd yet? He's had way too many warnings. Just because he hasn't done anything in a while doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a ban. @Vector hasn't done much in a while and he's getting banned.

So. I want to make my opinion clear. We should only have ecruteak and goldenrod on the server. Definitely no celadon(we shouldn't have unfinished maps on the server, no exceptions also the creator of the map said it wasn't ready, he knows better than we do), DEFINITELY no saffron (the size of the character compared to the size of the map is disgusting), and no victory road (well made, complete, and looks good, but painfully unbalanced in favor of the defense on the last cap, it was on gaming history rotation, the best team couldn't get the last cap on the worst team, terribly unbalanced) The reason pokemon has stayed populated so consistently for so long with only one map, is because Goldenrod is a 100% complete and polished, and altogether well made map. Adding ecruteak works well, as it is the next town you come across in the game, and the map is complete, finished, and reasonably polished. Adding maps just because they're about pokemon is going to lead us down a path of the server depopulating because people don't like shitty maps. This server is successful because of how good of a map Goldenrod is, and Ecruteak is the only pokemon I've ever seen that came close to being the same quality. Tl;dr: adding anything besides ecruteak is a bad idea because the population was built on a great map, adding maps that aren't as good could only have one result, a population that isn't as good.
