3 pointsSince the release of Danganronpa V3, I've started drawing my own sprites from the game. I thought I'd share it here and if anyone would like their own made, let me know :)

[Poll] Hybrid Warning Concept
Thorax_ and 2 others reacted to Aegean for a post in a topic
People who are getting punished without knowing why lies on the staff not getting their attention, but sometimes people say "why did I get kicked' just to meme even though they know full well they are breaking rules. Regardless, I know your intent is good and the benefits of something like this (if possible) but with our current staff I just don't think it's necessary even if it was easy to implement  -

[Poll] Factions or Towny
james8470 reacted to CappyCappy for a post in a topic
Some thoughts from a factions vet: 1. Unless there are over a thousand players this wouldnt be a case. Starting in factions will be incredibly easy if it was the size of the towny server. If its really that hard to get out of spawn just add a /tpr (random tp) command. 2. This is why YOU HIDE YOUR BASE. Go a thousands of blocks away from spawn and build a base underground. Try to bust into that. Big factions won't waste time on smaller factions most of the time. Getting raided in faction is a part of the game. If you don't like that go play towney. Even bigger factions get raided. A solution to solve this: Add "peaceful" factions. These factions cannot raid, be raided, pvp, be killed in pvp, tnt damage turned off, etc. This is a thing in the factions plugin(Unless I forgot). However though you can't just build up your faction in peaceful and you will need to apply for peaceful flags on the forums etc. 3. There will always be faction superpowers. A faction can Branch into different ones, and have protectorates. Although I'm pretty sure a faction can only have 30 people by default. Again, factions is not designed to be fair and friendly. -

0 pointsSo pretty much take strips of code from multiple say commands and change the opacity of the box to the point where it is borderline opaque?

-1 pointsFrom what I'm gathering, this is a thread - without a vote to see any result mind you - that we can discuss for the idea of an extreme warn. If this is correct, then I believe it should be said that the warn implied is exactly what it seems: extreme. It takes up a major part of the players screen (in both parts and models), and tells the player strictly and in their face that they have broken one or multiple rule(s). This isnt a bad idea, at all. It gives staff the perfect chance to give information to even the most stubborn people who even turn off their chat and voice comms (the problems with this are too many, but alas). However, the defense of the system is coming across as poor, and I can see why. The system has nothing much hidden in itself, which is grand for when you're trying to get a player that refuses to look at chat or listen and keeps on thinking they are high and mighty. It tells them immediately that they are doing wrong and should stop before punishment is handed out. However. The problems also arise BECAUSE the player thinks that they can do whatever they want. We cannot, as staff, just think that if we follow the warning procedure as strict as possible, we will get or message across. Multiple warnings should be goven out to any player before any action is taken. And for the special players who turn off communications, sucks for them. It is their fault that they don't attempt to listen to anybody and do what they want. We shouldn't have or want to bend just for a small portion of our population. So in all honesty, the idea is cool and all, but who needs it? We should not be accountable because somebody closed out of the motd when they came in, or never read the rules that pop up when you come in, and think that the server is theirs to play in. Because its not their server for them to play in. Its our server, which we allow them to experience.

-1 pointsTHERE HAVE BEEN NEW VERSIONS OF THE CONCEPT THROUGHOUT THE THREAD, PLEASE CHECK OUT REST OF THREAD BEFORE VOTING, THE ONE BELOW IS MY VERY CRAPPY ROUGH DRAFT. I thought about if there was a possibility there could be a plugin where the format you see below popped up on the user being warned screen where their screen gets completely filled blocking them from seeing anything except this warning. There would be a script running preventing them from slaying self to get rid of it and forces them into friendly until the countdown ends. With the hard warning they have no excuse of saying they didn't know they were warned. The command could be something like /hardwarn [user] [reason] [duration] The duration would be a functional countdown. What do you guys think about this concept? @Aegean @Rhododendron @Bello @virr @Vexx @mrnutty12 @Bone @Elcark @Lithium @Bleed
