Correct me if I'm wrong but Lemons can reapply now since he did not leave for another clan or get kicked out. I believe silence allowed someone else to apply in a time period <1 month because they left on their own accord. So given stare decisis... He should also be allowed to.

Who promoted him back to member? If you don't make it known to the staff that it is a joke (either white text it when you start or tell us) then it is taken as a serious thing. You were demoted for leaving, as was Audible. As such, you have left. You can re-apply, but you cannot come back a couple weeks later and just say "haha, it was a joke. gg wheres my member/powers guys?"

I never wanted, or asked for this. I had no clue this was even a thing until I was messaged. But I was offered the position, and thought I would take it to help out the community. I'm not sure if this whole thing is over people upset that they personally didn't get power, but think about it, nothing is really changing. This is no different than what was occurring in the past. However, now its much more community orientated. One person no longer holds all the power.
 
I've been part of this community for well over 2 years now, and I thought that I would try to give back to all those before me who have worked so hard to keep it running (Aegean, Duckii, Syn, Serbian, Forest, etc. etc) by helping myself. This is by no means a "gift" or something I accepted for the fun of it. It's a responsibility. And really, if there is enough outcry that the wrong people were selected, I'd be happy to step down. It is the community's choice after all. I'm just trying to do what I can to give back to the community where I have had so many memorable experiences, at least for a little while before the real world nudges and i have much bigger things to worry about.

1) If removing stickies in TS is abuse then I hope everyone is ready to be banned for abuse. Not once have I seen stickies used for a legitimate purpose, they are always used for fun. Diabeetus did nothing wrong.
 
2) Found it funny that "DL's wanted DL's as cls". Sounds a little selfish huh? Not meaning it in a hostile way.. Just gave me a chuckle.
 
3) I asked why you disagree with the choices, not if you were confused about them darkwolf.
 
4) So why are 3/5 coming from css? I can't speak on behalf of rhodo and forest but.. take a look at the join dates. It may not mean a lot, but it at least shows we've been here a long time and know xg quite well (two of us joined a year before you super). Being here a long time, being staff members, and maturity are all characteristics of us. It seems like a lot of people think we are bad choices because they either haven't heard of us or rarely have seen us; which is quite wrong.. we are some of the oldest, active players.

As everyone has said Darkwolf, there was more than enough time to discuss this on the previous forum. You could have given more input or made suggestions for community leaders. And that idea you quoted wasn't an idea at all, it was you hinting at the fact that you wanted it.

Since you decided to share this Darkwolf, i don't think its fair at all to leave it at that; especially since its partially a lie. Something like that is private information and should only remain with DM's and DL's. First off, not every admin asks for DM. There are a variety of factors that go into deciding who is and who is not fit for Division Manager. Saying that they ask and we get annoyed and decide no is completely wrong; maybe it is true for you, but i certainty don't base it off of that alone.

Is that really a question. Maybe it has something to do with CL's being mature and understanding the consequences? How can we trust you not to remove things from people, how can we trust you to not abuse your powers?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like our TS powers got removed? That makes no sense at all, if a CL truly abused the power than that is their issue, it shouldn't affect all of us.

Can we all stop beating around the bush as well? Clearly you have an issue Darkwolf with the choices, so instead of complaining about the choices why dont you actually list why you disagree? I think its rude to call all of us out like we are immature, newbies, stupid, incapable of handling power and yet beat around the bush with it.

I've seen people do this before and it does end in a ban because it would be considered tarping if you wanted them to face away. It sounds like it was unintentional and just confusion so I think a 2 week ct ban is more appropriate.

You're all entitled to hold your own opinions and whatnot but I suggest you really think about your decision. Some of you may be completely against a +1 for various reasons but consider that fact that duckiijr has stuck around for a long time even after being denied for ban protests etc for a long time. That is way more than most people who just put up a protest, get denied, and are never seen again. Imo that shows maturity, patience and hope.

To sum it up, Matsi followed the guidelines and no matter what admin book you go by, when someone just got off a week ban for the same offense, there is more than enough reason to mute/gag right away.
 
 
Also adamsaur has been server banned for one day due to the repeat admin disrespect. Next time won't warrant a day ban, but something along the lines of a permanent ban.

I haven't the slightest idea why you continue to disrespect Matsi, continuing to do so won't lead to anything going your way.
 
But what Matsi did is completely fine. Adam knew the rules and he decided he wanted to break them and disrespect matsi. What was he expecting from it? Matsi to laugh about it and give him a prize?
