Echo payed the price and is still paying it, and though certain people have seemingly only been demoted for mass smites/mass freekills I refuse to use that as some sort of excuse or reasoning. You went under the name lelelelelelel and then slayed @ all for a laugh. You knew perfectly well what was going to happen and did it anyways. Sorry Jordo, I honestly did think you were a cool guy but you did it on purpose. Ban protests are designed to allow people to dispute a potential wrongly made ban, not intentional abuses of power. You brought this upon yourself with the full knowledge of the following consequences. -1.

Shadowspy has been an active member for a long time and in my opinion he has done a good job. However, the fact still stands that you blatantly disregarded a higher ups warning and while it does suck that you're demoted, there's honestly not that much that can be done. But honestly with your activity I am very sure you will be promoted soon. The main thing I am concerned about is whether this same punishment would have been given to someone else. Undeniably there has been some serious tension between @@DarkWolf6052 and @@xShadowSpyx recently as seen in the Darkwolf Abuse thread. Now, obviously punishing for simply disobeying a div managers warning can be applied to anyone, but I think the way the evidence acquired against Shadowspy could be questioned. I've noticed in a lot of cases that when a new admin joins the server and goes to the CT team Darkwolf goes straight to spec. I've noticed this with myself sometimes too. When someone sits in spec like that it really sucks the fun out of the game and makes you feel like you are under constant scrutiny. For me anyways, it makes the game a lot less enjoyable. Now I would like to point out that I'm not simply referring to sitting in spec watching for rule breakers but rather going straight to spec when an admin/mod joins the server and seemingly watching for the chance that they fuck up so it's on demo. To me something feels wrong when higher ups are coming on the server to target admins that are spending their free time trying to help the server. Hopefully some input from @@Forest ?

The fact that you went on other servers to mass freekill shows me that you wouldn't represent the clan well. Along with other issues such as disrespect, I don't think that you would be a helpful member to the clan. Especially from the behavior I've seen from in-game. -1 A: 7/10 M: 3/10

Adding on to my previous post, Darkwolf I've noticed that you've created an atmosphere which discourages any kind of dissenting opinions. As a community people have to be able to speak freely and be able to voice their opinions without worrying about demotions as a result. If someone thinks different than you, it shouldn't eliminate them from a chance of promotion or create an opportunity for demotion. As a division manager you need to try to consider the ideas of all, which is why we call ourselves a community.

Alright, instead of immediately requesting a close to protect your friend from facing any type of ridicule, let people say what they feel is necessary. Closing everything under the reason of "flame war" prevents anybody from ever speaking up and to be frank, the people that are saying it are only saying it because Darkwolf is the one under scrutiny. Moving on, @@Chrono saying "Nigger", regardless of how you meant it can be considered racist. It is a derogatory term and while it may not offend some, there are people that most certainly can be offended and you should be considerate of them. However, @@DarkWolf6052 , I don't normally do this kind of thing but in this case I have to call you out. Hope you realize it's nothing too personal. Upon viewing all the decisions you have made, I have found that you can really be incredibly biased towards your friends, especially on important topics on the forums. Often completely ignoring any other point of view besides yours and your friends. I have also noticed that sometimes you have went straight to teambans for a day without any prior slay, and often times without much proper justification. So, overall I am going to have to +1 to some form of repercussion.

I think the "only accessible through armory" explanation is a bit flawed. What explains the smaller armory ledge on lego then? It is accessible from outside armory by jumping on the box but is still considered to be part of armory. Or another example, the armory window on electric, it is accessible from the upper area outside armory as well, yet is considered to be part of armory. I think what defines the boundaries of armory is an obvious change such as the transition from the armory window on electric to the upper catwalk or leaving all parts that are connected to armory such as on lego.

@@Forest Oh, I just kinda briefly skimmed through it. I interpreted it to be a system where we get a shit load of donations and a portion of those donations would simply be raffled back. Obviously we don't expect you to empty out your bank account for the sake of our clan. ( unless you really want to :P )

Don't scrap it unless it will actually reduce the amount of money needed to pay for the servers. Having an extra scrim server doesn't have any negative impact and there have been times when we've used both.

So ever since the TTT came up I've noticed a somewhat persistent problem, though it doesn't always happen. Basically, when you buy the radar it pops up all the green circles/red circles but those circles stay in a static location on your screen no matter where you move or what direction you are facing. The same exact thing happens with traitor doors/traitor button options, they are in a static location on my screen and don't move which also prevents me from ever being able to press them. I think most people know what I mean already but if needed I can try to record a demo and show you. I've heard many people talking about the bug and it can be pretty annoying, I was just wondering if it would be possible to have it fixed? @@Fuzz @@SkitZoFrenzly. @@DMTwired Also, this doesn't always happen and seems to be somewhat random. However it does happen very often for me and can be pretty frustrating. I don't know if there is any specific reason that causes this on my end but it's been happening with a lot of people.

Drove with friends to see fireworks. Got there, hundreds of cars there. We got stuck in traffic so we just pulled into some random apartments and walked to see fireworks. Don't so how we unban some people for mass freekilling and then randomly say that others should have known better. This is against everything I believe but if everybody else gets unbanned then it's not fair that you shouldn't be unbanned.. I'm not one for referring to past events, but this is happening as we speak. Though I'm one to believe that punishments should be carried out, if we unban everybody I don't see why we just stop for Lapiz. Sure we have to draw a line somewhere, but if nobody wants to draw it for Laith or anybody else, then I don't see why Lapiz should be different. The one thing I REALLY don't understand is why some staff post +1's for some things because they "haven't had a problem with him in the past" and then the same people post a -1 on another thread saying "they should have known better". Dafuq? This is with high staff too. If we aren't consistent with the punishments we give out, can we at least be consistent with our rulings?
