Not necessarily referring to John as I have no clue what happened. I don't get why we perm ban people for unintentionally killing 3 people, especially for something that they CLEARLY may not have known about such as a map mechanic. At the end of the round, those three t's will get over it and keep playing but we've lost a person that did not mean to harm us and helps to populate the servers. There are certain cases where it's kind of ambiguous, but in clear unintentional three man freekills, I seriously don't think perms should be dished out and don't know why we continue to do so.

I slayed you once for abusing a map exploit and going into a region on the map where it's impossible to be seen by anyone. Right away you go into an all out rage. I tried explaining it to you but you kept basically pushing forward so I quit trying to reason. As a consolation I even offered to slay myself because I wanted to go downstairs for a sec anyways but you ignored it and kept going on in your rant. Then next map after Last Game Cube gagged you for disrespect I ended up kicking when you came back because you continued to keep disrespecting. Finally, you come back one last time and you keep disrespecting. As per admin handbook, Sousei banned you.

I don't know Epix or any of his past behavior but what I see here does not constitute removal of membership? From the looks of it you guys just had a disagreement about something on league and I'm sorry to say but differences of opinion don't always mean trolling. So, a demotion on this proof alone is a -1 from me. If you can get further proof which actually shows him trolling etc. then maybe I would respond differently.

Honestly it doesn't matter. If you have TS admin then you should be active, not just have it to sit in one room. I honestly don't care if people sit in their community room, it doesn't matter. You can always have admin in that room in particular. I myself usually only go into 2-3 rooms max, but I don't have TS admin. Also, I'm against any notion to remove community channels, its a stupid idea. A reason our TS is so popular is because of these channels. If admins are inactive because of being in these channels, don't remove the channels remove the admins >.< But honestly, don't complain if you get your admin removed if you only sit in one room.. It's not a testament to you as an individual nor your status in the clan. Simply put we need TS admins that will help out the server and not just a couple rooms.

So school started for me today. This along with work will reduce my activity a decent bit. I'm taking a lot of rather hard classes this year and my priorities will be on school and work. Well as long as it's limited to weapon camouflages, and the weapons are distinguishable at the same range I'm fine with it. Although I'd much rather have a 30 round m4 with a detachable silencer rather than the 20, like in source. Alright, finally I'm home from my trip. I would like to start out by saying that it's a little bit ridiculous that you guys are voting downs on each others post just because you disagree. If you want your opinion to be taken seriously, as all should, at least show an attempt to be unbiased in what you are saying. Now, let's look at the facts of what happened. Jacob started saying things that clearly offended Darkwolf and as seen, he was kicked. There are several things to consider: Why was the punishment given? Was it justified? Was the proper process used in giving the punishment? 1. The punishment was given, as said by Darkwolf, because of spamming. There are people who are arguing a disrespect case which, regardless of whether it is true or not, does not matter. The reason given for the punishment was spamming. 2. As far as I can see there are not any clear guidelines among spamming directly listed in rules, but the accepted reasoning has been if the 3 of the same text is posted right away, it can be considered as spam. I have seen Darkwolf himself acknowledge and use this rule. There are special cases, but as far as I can see from the text, there are fairly long intervals between each posting. The most I see are two lines put together. I personally can't count this as spamming at all, but if it is, he should be gagged. 3. The simple answer is no. A gag should always be given before a kick. It seems to me that Jacob struck a nerve and Darkwolf kicked him right away. Jacob is in no way in the right here, he was purposely edging Darkwolf on and has a previous history of trolling. But regardless of his history, everyone is entitled to the same level of treatment. Division managers should, in my opinion, keep their emotions in check especially when admining and provide an unbiased moderation of the server.

I do my best to spend at the very least 30 to 90 mins admining on the days that I am on. Most of the time I'm on there are usually at the very least 1-3 other mods or admins on. So, I feel as if though there are isolated instances most of the time we do always have at least several moderators or higher on. Now to be honest, after 2+ years of playing on jailbreak and over 1.5 years of moderating/admining it has become pretty stale. What's even worse is that it's hard to enjoy playing when everyones messaging you about rule breakers. Now obviously these are things admins need to deal with, it's the reason we are admins. The reason I am saying it is because many admins and moderators have become inactive because it truly has become more of a chore. As with anything there are periods of time where we simply get bored, and also periods of time where we get back into things. As staff members, hopefully we can try our best to at least put a bit of effort to spend a portion of our time online helping out the server, even if we are bored. (Especially since some of you are on for 8+ hours every day xd) My personal opinion is that though staff should be encouraged to be active, they shouldn't necessarily be outright demoted for slight inactivity, especially those who have spent such a large portion of their time in the past helping the server with little personal gain for themselves. Obviously there are extreme cases where people haven't been on in ages, and those can be dealt with as they have already been in recent/previous demotions. I will try my best to be on, but especially with work and school coming up I'm not gonna be able to pull off incredible 3 hour shifts lel.
