Ok, so I mean I saw this before when it was originally created and I didn't think anything of it after @ChickenPanda put such a clear answer. I mean now that I see my bae hiding and rhodo putting their "more merrier" stuff (which I don't find to be a bad saying) I feel for this particular division since not that much news is needed to be posted, there is no reason for more then one person to be doing it and if there was, I'm positive Chicken would ask for people to put their names out for candidates for his partner in social media.
 
I guess you might be dancing with how you can add more stuff to post, like random crap and things, I get it, but pretty sure we get enough quality memes in teamspeak. @bachschannel Plus, I mean we should leave the social media clear and concise to the stuff that actually matters in xG (With the occasional guess the member)
 
Also as a final thought, didn't you like, JUST get member? and JUST get mod in tf2? Maybe we can stop with the JUST and make it later? I feel you on the whole "help the clan" in as many ways as possible, but maybe work on what you're already dealing with until you want more shit to do.
 
With a final parting note. Personally, I also think you're not very mature, so as this is a submission I give you a -1. Nothing necessarily against who you are and who you want to be as a person, but the image you withhold currently is a younger one, as much as I love people who laugh, when it comes down to the work, you need to be serious, and I currently wouldn't trust myself in believing you do have that serious side necessary to do this kind of thing.

Feminism took a turn for the worst in recent years, people cry sexism over the slightest thing when it comes to a man talking about a woman or about women. I see the Hilary Campaign literally being fueled by feminism and wanting the first female president. Instead of wanting a first, pick the good options. Eventually a woman will become president but it is retarded that women cry sexism when people dont want Hilary as president. I'm all for equal rights but at the same time I think women are getting more rights then men as of recent years due to "Political Correctness." If you don't believe me then look at laws and how the criminal system works. Divorce is a death sentence for men because you will most likely lose everything: kids, house, car, money, and so much more. Women rarely go to jail for rape or falsely accusing rape. Women also rarely get charged with assault and battery because it is "always the mans fault." And society view women as victims most of the time. Men who are abused get called pussies yet women get world class support and shit.

My main concern at the moment is that there literally is not that much that goes on in the clan to announce on the social medias. I barely have enough to put on there just by myself. If we have 2 social media managers, we'll be forced to become extremely creative to find stuff to post. If the clan does more giveaways/events and more stuff like that, I think having two would be fine. However, with the amount of *nothing* we do right now, I'd basically post nothing with another person there.
 
If we could do more events and giveaways, we'd have more shit to post.

Since feminism isn't just an American thing, look at us in Germany. Our chancellor, Angela Merkel, is a woman amiright @Yu_Narukami and there's many others here.

So, before this becomes a shit-storm, I'm just going to throw some deterrent down and remind people that these are all just opinions. I think I speak for most people when I say we don't want to hear some aggressive keyboard action coupled with heavy intensive breathing (keyboard warriors) from either side.
 
Just.. Keep it civil guys. This doesn't have to turn into a flame war over who is right/wrong. Would strongly suggest a Higher-Up monitor this thread every now and then to prevent any mishaps, or to outright close it (assuming @SnowyMinion is alright with it) since it was relevant to an essay that was being written which to my understanding is no longer happening thus making this an unnecessary thread about ethical opinion in a Gaming forum (which isn't inherently bad, but topics such as this tend to be blown out of proportion every now and then). Assuming people are capable of having a proper discussion without things escalating out of control, there may not be any harm in this. That being said, keep in mind that it's difficult to determine the tone of what someone is saying, but don't assume or take it in a hostile manner right off the bat.

For real though talking behind people's backs is dumb I'd much rather just straight up argue with someone.

I've been informed that people are talking about me but they won't tell me who exactly.
So I just avoid TS and other staff as a whole most of the time. I'm not really trying to, but it's not like it's going to change anyway.

By all means it isn't something that's horrendous, I just thought it'd be neat to have a monthly(?) swap-out for the cover photo of xG Member's own creations. After all, it's a social site and it would be pretty neat to have xG's own submissions made public.
 
As for the whole contest aspect of it, that's only to provide a little incentive is all, nothing huge. The main driver is to just have a rotation of Coverphotos that are made by Members of XenoGamers

The only issue I have with the current one is it has games in it that we don't even have divisions for. If people come to the page for the first time and see the worgen and are like, "Sweet! I can get involved with a WoW guild!" they'll come to the site and be disappointed at the lack of the game featured in the cover photo.
 
However, that's just my opinion. I also agree with the whole color scheme thing being off, but I'm not horribly OCD about it.

I have one at my dad's place, they're super cool. In 8th grade we did a science project where we had to mail ourselves a pringle in an attempt to not break it. I measured the pringle and made a 3D printed box out of it rofl. It was awesome.
