Our staff roster has completely changed. Most of our staff are younger, as most of the TF2 member base is younger, but we do take maturity into account when adding and removing staff.

You aren't a member, and you have to be a member for over a month before you can even make a staff submission.

For some reason, sourcebans doesn't always overwrite the admins.cfg file with new information when we update the admins and permissions on the website. I have to manually delete the admins.cfg file and force it to recreate it with /reloadadmins.
 
I have gone through the servers and removed plugins in the past, but I will do it again.
 
I'll take a look at 015. No promises that the errors will disappear as prophunt (the plugin) is not routinely maintained.

We can disable admin-flatfile.smx as sourcebans regulates it's own admins.cfg and groups. They both conflict with each other, not to mention it keeps throwing errors with our current groups. I just tested the admin system without it and it still functions.
 
I trimmed the servers of any unneeded plugins. The rest on there are vital to the game mode or are part of the admin/donator system.
 
The errors are solved on 015 :]. I just restarted it twice and source mod is not generating any new error logs!

The flatfile has been removed from each server, as well as most issues being resolved. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on with JB 2. Ever since Nomulous was on there testing things, the server will not start without crashing. The error logs provide no clues as to what is going wrong.
 
Throttle states that it's an incorrect gamedata file being used (Throttle), but does not state which file. I proceeded to upgrade source mod again and update every game data file that was available. No changes.

I'm handling him and beefalo on a case by case basis. I'm not just +1-ing random people. I said yes to both of them because they are both friends, have been on the server for over a year, have donated to support us, and seriously care about the servers and rules. I see absolutely no reason to prevent them from getting in... With the last age limit we had, I let two 15-year-olds in (they were a year under the 16-year-old rule), and we have had zero problems with them! Heck, they are even on the path to getting mod.
 
So long story short: Get over it. Y'all have the power to +1 or -1 as well, either use the power you have or move on.

This isn't some "Let's see how far we can toe the line" contest. You constantly push buttons. You constantly receive gags and mutes. You constantly antagonize. Putting my foot down and we're not taking it anymore.
 
And this isn't some "Oh, he was talking in class and wouldn't be quiet, so we're gonna expel him" kind of issue either. It's more along the lines of constantly harassing and disrespecting the teachers, arguing with them at every given moment, constantly disrupting the lessons, constantly giving the administration shit, and constantly finding ways to break the rules without any consequence. Sure, the kid never gets into a fight and gets suspended for it, but being a constant disruption in a classroom is warrant for arrest. As in, legal arrest. As in, put in the back of a police cruiser and being detained.

Over the past six months he has consistently fought with staff (myself included), tried to loophole rules, trash talked other players, and numerous other things. That was, until around 2-3 months ago, when I gave him an ultimatum. I told him, and I quote:
 
"If I ever catch you loopholing, fighting with staff about anything, trolling, instigating arguments, or anything that would be detrimental to our playerbase or servers, YOU WILL BE BANNED FOREVER."

Nearly every single staff member that has played on Jailbreak has reported having a problem with him. You can see that he has had a mute or gag nearly every single week for the past SIX MONTHS:
 

 
I have even had to come on the server numerous times to solve disputes between him and my staff. So, enough is enough. I have been overly gentle with you for the longest time. I have asked you easily over 100 times to stop acting like a child and just play the game, yet here we are, three months later, and you still continue to fight with staff and loophole rules. Hey all,
 
Just wanted to let those who care/want to know that I will not have access to steam on and off for several weeks. I will still be on the forums, as usual; anything that needs to be relayed to me should just be sent in a message on the forums, I'll see it as I check at least twice a day.
 
Also for those super curious people, reason I'm going to have spotty access to steam is the opportunity I got recently to move across the country. I'll be flying out to find an apartment next week, then driving everything I own out there (~2300 miles).

In all seriousness though. You should go to https://www.raise.me and search for your school. You can figure out what scores they like, what tests they use, and if they require a certain GPA.

Then you can figure out what test you want to take. Some colleges take SAT, some take ACT, some accept both. From experience, SAT is more language and writing oriented; whereas, ACT is more focused on Science and Math. If you are lucky, you can choose a test that suits what you like, or find easy!
 
Final step is to pick up the corresponding book from the library, book store, etc. You could make a plan with your mom to read a certain amount of pages of it everyday so that you can be prepared, without stressing yourself.

- Like Goblin said, you can't "study" for the ACT/SAT, but you definitely can take practice tests.
- Depending on what college you want to go to, (Ivy/Private/Public/Etc) they might or might not care about the writing portion of the two tests.
- If you're really desperate for a good grade. take some Addy. I doubt they'll drug test you.
