@Snackbar I vote that we do something about the constant predator days from all the randoms on CT. If at all possible it might be a good idea to make it once every 2 special days if that's possible to code at all or even just remove them all together. Predator days every 3 rounds are really annoying and I think that something should be done, but that's just my opinion

you should probably either play jb and/or be more active on ts/forums if you really wanna get back in, nobody whos a member/staff really plays surf and I don't see you in teamspeak unless you're in a room alone/with 1 friend. It's obvious that a lot of people have issues with how you act, and if you want to them to change that you should probably prove yourself as a nice guy who'd fit the community.

Very active on surf, and from what I've seen on his own surf server he used to(?) run, lots of players looked up to him and he was very helpful to players who weren't as good

Maybe an additional rule stating that the area must be a reasonable size or something? Though this particular thing is completely up to personal preference of players and it could vary heavily so it may not be pushed through

No abusing !call (already a rule, should be put in motd)
No major disrespect to other players/staff (obviously based on judgement of staff, but if someone is being a huge dickbag and we mute/gag/kick he'll likely cry that it isn't in the motd blah blah. should be added)

Counter-Terrorist Rules and Regulations:

Do not Freekill
Do not break vents unless Last CT is in effect
Do not Camp Armory Or Vents
Leave Armory by 9:30 at the start of a round.
Do not Bait or Gunplant the Terrorists
Any Rebels at any point are considered Kill-On-Sight unless Pardoned by the Warden
No Tarping (troll orders etc. to confuse the Ts) prior to 7:00 9:00 - this makes it so simon says is still playable before there's only like 3-4 t's left, but cts can't just major tarp for the first few orders
 
If the warden dies, a new warden must be selected within 15 seconds or a Freeday will be automatically given
As LCT, do not kill terrorists stuck inside a room without an exit (I.e. isolation) without first opening the room and giving t's 5 seconds for t's to escape. this could be removed, as we have the LCT countdown thing now
As LCT, kill any ts you see immediately. (no favortism, already enforced, yadda yadda)

You may not have a 'Custom Last Request', you must use the menu. If you want to use a custom LR, ask any staff beforehand. (Plenty custom lrs are fine, with a staffs approval theres no reason not to have this. If its a stupid cheaty thing or will take forever staff can say no, if its harmless staff can say yes. Simple and fun.)

Being in armory (on a non warday), attacking cts, pointing guns at cts, and not following the wardens orders makes you an automatic rebel. (I'm probably forgetting about what else should be in this list, but I feel like this would help newer players significantly)
No cheating in LR (obvious)
No detouring and/or delaying is implied, if you are caught being slow to do orders or loop-holing, etc. you are an automatic rebel. Warden does not need to specify this. (also obvious)

Also, repeating once upon request for EVERY order would be suitable as well but I want other opinions)
No in-cell orders. (also heavily enforced already, explains itself)
No special treatment. (should be explained somewhere what this means, it's an enforced rule, should be written down somewhere)
If you have an annoying mic, deemed by staff, you may not warden. (questionable rule, but I feel like it would be really helpful)

I edited the current MOTD a bit, with my own additions in red. Obviously this isn't the complete MOTD, and I want other opinions, but I feel that most my additions are already enforced rules and should just be added to reduce confusion.

I suggest adding that you have to type trivia questions and answers.

I've been considering updating the rules recently, there's a lot of rules that aren't there that are enforced. I'll go ahead and update some things, but some of the things you suggested will need some discussion to see if we even want them (moving tarp time up from 7, custom lrs, etc)

I think the rules need to be redone as there are things just missing that should be there like no cheating during LR and Implied no detouring/no delaying for wardens orders aswell as no incell orders. its just missing things that make JB run alot smoother. If anybody else can think of stuff add em here so the higher ups can see them and add them if they feel they are helpful.

I'm just gonna say this. I've said some bad shit on the servers, as has every other adult. To the extent Matsi has? I don't think so. My main concern is whether or not a higher up has confronted him about it. I know myself when I was DM, I sure as fuck didn't. And that being said I guess shame on us. But shame on him for knowing this is primarily a younger aged clan. And young kids are impressionable as fuck. You don't hear me going on about my sexcapades on servers. So frankly you should have known better with that.
 
I personally don't give two shits if he stays or goes. He does his job, yet he doesn't. He's sassy, but mature. Same can be said with most of the staff we have (hell. Myself included some days)

I added to it. this thread isnt about me, nor is this the place or time to air any dirty laundry- if you dont like how ive been doing things, make a post in the admin forums and we can discuss it there. I dont really feel how its secifically my fault that youre not as active as you used to be and i dont think it fair to tell me to "slow down". Loads of these ideas arent mine and mine alone so you should include bleed silence and lithium if youre upset about the changes around here.

+1, me and lithium looked at it for like 10 minutes and it has decent at best rebelling options but the gameplay looks interesting in general so its worth a shot
 
only issue i have is i havent been able to find a single place for warday that isnt just outside
