So many of you have wanted a jb repopulation going and im happy to say it seems to have started off nicely with a steady fruition because of Jb staff   @Jadow  (and anyone else i didnt mention. And its exxciting to see alot of the older members excited to play again. I am actually happy to see it flourishing, it feels fresh and new thanks to new additions of !cs and the chaos each member brings to the server.  

Just Tips for the future, the Server needs to be able to attract new people and get them to stay so that the older people dont have to always be on to attract people. Best ways to get them to stay is
 Server needs actual wardens who are excited in taking the role and are interested in having a good day, so try not to be samey  ie  frlr (scum game)  Be sure to explain rules to both Ts and Cts, i seen a few people last night playing ct not knowing what to do and ruining the round, as well as Ts getting Gatted right away for the slightest movements, Try not to be so blood thirsty and explain how someone broke the rules. Often a few cts blasted Ts who jumped when a restriction was never in place, be sure to call this out, Blood thirst is kind of a mood killer Mods Please Police who gets on Ct, anyone obviously new or a troll should be swapped before they end up ruining anything, As well as mods please be a little quicker in taking action, Clear violators of the rules were not punished right away or at all despite constant outcry of the server to do so with eyewitness accounts. Thats about all i can think of right now. Thanks All for boosting the server and having a good time on the server, Lets keep this up.

Some of y'all might've realized by now that I am barely online nowadays (aka never).
It's not because I don't like the community or anything. I've been dealing with my new born and my house and getting clean obv

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done today (fixing my deviated septum and opening my nasal airway a bit to try and fix my sleeping issues) and as such I'm pretty confined to my bed so that my nose doesn't start pouring blood.
I'll probably be stuck here for the next day or 2 at the VERY least, but likely I'll be MIA for a week-ish.

-1 You guys are taking this shit way too far. If you're going to kick him out for just telling jokes and saying the TF2 division is dead, then we as a clan have truly hit rock bottom. He hasn't done anything so egregious that he needs to be kicked out.
I got kicked out for harassing someone when they leaked logs from private discords and steam chats. Seg got kicked out for cheating. Nights got kicked out for racism and extreme disrespect. Do you guys actually think that his lame jokes are nearly as bad as any of these scenarios? You guys are overreacting way too much. Kicking someone out of the clan is not easy, there are lines that people have to cross and shadower isn't even halfway there.

Starting on a good note, you guys carried me through my freshman year of high school through depression and severe stress. I appreciate playing, shouting, and making jokes with you guys all the time. Ten manners were a blast to play, even if the other team had the most stacked team ever. I improved a series of skills from just playing 10 manners, skills that have real-life applications. Teamwork, controlling my emotions, and socializing are some examples. Now to Jailbreak, I started somewhere 2-3 years ago as a fairly laughable name, it was like "idk O-O," and I had the voice of literally a 3 year old. I didn't talk in jailbreak so I never really got into the community. There was one notable person that highlighted the start of my jailbreak experience, I think his name was "Mogs." He was friendly, approachable, and confident. I shortly became his friend and started to know him, and we even created a group just for the two of us. Unfortunately, his time on xG was cut short, he had mass freekilled and been permanently banned from CT. He never got on jailbreak after that incident, seeing that I had known no one else, I took a break from XenoGamers. I came back after that break, and was welcomed into the community.
XenoGamers wasn't always perfect for me, as shown by the example above and my last goodbye post. 
I'll just list these things that ticked me off the most, it's really nit-picky, so I recommend you don't see it.
I hated when people said that something like Overwatch sucks, that it's not good, the competitive scene and the Meta specifically. The reason I hated people like that, even when I knew they were joking around, is because they had no experience in the current state of Overwatch, how it's drastically improved. People aren't playing GOATS in competitive, especially at masters and below. Please, actually get a feeling of the game. I hated when people tilt from the start in 10 mans, I also have to admit I did it sometimes. I don't care if you're really bad at aiming, game sense, or just being a good teammate; just try your best.  I hated when discord staff received no repercussions through malicious actions. -and etc.
Now that I've vented out my nitpicks, I'll list some people that were great friends and I'm glad they existed. @PotatoDoc @onlyalittlegay @Darrth @Dannypicacho @Jadow @Thrillhouse @Tatost @SegFault
