Continuing with my previous post and provided with the information above, it looks like you were given multiple opportunities to improve on your general knowledge regarding Server rules as well as refraining from mic spamming to get Warden.

 

That being said, I still don't think mic spamming equates to an increased ban length of a week. However, provided that the ban time is nearly up, there's really no reason to cut it short now as it means a longer time to further your knowledge on the Server rules to prevent any future mishaps. It isn't hard to wait your turn for Warden, if no one calls it then you have an opportunity to take it. If you are ever uncertain about a rule, than brush up on it before performing an action regarding or in relation to said-rule.

 

I'd also like to inquire about the whole demo incident. Did any Staff on at the time (Chrono/orangejuice) personally witness the offending player (Nick) supposedly freekilling the 3 Ts in the demo? The reason I ask is that I personally don't believe that the kill feed should ever be used to determine whether someone is freekilling or not as the Ts who are killed could very well have been rebelling (IE. Warden instructs Ts to be KoS [invalid] however Ts were supposed to be frozen and begin fleeing).

I don't think the demo was why his ban was extended, rather it was because he's had 2 prior day bans and continued to break rules, and when he's slayed he argues with he staff with comments like telling Chrono to go read the rules... if I remember right he also calls staff names but don't quote me 100% on that...

In the ban request I had posted the demo and the 3 people I saw kill anyone due to it happening while the staff were not really paying attention to everything that happened, I saw that he and whyfy had killed the entire team while no valid order was given for the round, it's possible he killed them for going in the vent. I believe he commented that he had recorded it, unless that was in reference to something else.

Pretty sure Owl specifically said in the ban request that you could not see WHY anyone was killed and so no punishments were given other than those that already had been, which was to august for causing the massacre...

I think he should spend the time to learn the rules and to stop arguing and being disrespectful so much when people are trying to tell him he's doing something wrong

I won't be on the xeno gamers server much anymore, as I have got my new computer, and I have found servers that I can play on that are alot of fun without lagging. It was fun playing with you all, and could someone please remove my member perms.

Already done, would have done so anytime someone asked me to but the 8 or so staff that came on while I had it didn't care, and most thought it was kinda funny. So I didn't think anything of it :)

How many times do I have to tell you this? I have nothing against you but if you do not play actively on our servers, you will be demoted. You don't believe me?

How do I have any kind of prejudice against you? Just because you were demoted for idling on the servers, which even glitches the calladmin bot, does not mean I am the bad guy here. It's your gosh darn fault for not actually playing the game. I really don't care about your characteristics, you can be a furry, you can be a brony, you can be gay, you can be transgender, bi or pansexual. I don't fricking care, if you're nice to me I'm nice to you, that's the deal, if you do good job as staff member, we'll keep your or you get promoted, if you are doing a bad job, you get demoted, simple as that.

So what did we learn today? Realize your own mistakes, you always act like you've done absolutely nothing wrong while that is simply not the case.

What I "learned today" is that with people like you in charge of the servers, you'll get bitched at if you spectate to monitor the server for rule breakers and you'll get bitched at by people like @SnowyMinion if you play the fucking game and don't act on every fucking thing that you can't possibly always see....

You told me that what you considered idling (and then linked me the picture) was me having tf2 running without being in a game which you complained about to leikos that one fucking time I forgot to close the game out completely because the stupid popup about replays not saved....

I know I am a good staff, which is why I got promoted from mod to admin with 13 hrs/2 weeks, which is when you started you vendetta to get me demoted... which you can see by the post you made on that VERY promo/demo complaining about it, you even fucking apologized to me for monitoring my activity, when you clearly don't do it to everyone else.

Scoot and KB aren't DM/DLs they don't fucking care about promo demos and rejects hasn't touched the game in over a month.

The point is.... I have been told numerous times that I could watch the server in spectate by people I respect a lot more than you, because they have done more for this clan than you ever will. For some reason you decided that doing so was the same as being inactive.... it doesn't "glitch the calladmin" because I was fucking sitting there watching what was happening, I probably even have demos that can prove that I wasn't afk, but I could care less at proving anything to you. I don't care what you think, Bello, and even if you don't agree with me, the reason I left staff was because of your shit and the fact that moderating those servers is more of a chore than anything with you as a DM monitoring me for the moment I afk for 5 minutes to take a shit! It's something I don't have to deal with anymore and playing TF2 is 500% better now. So when people ask me why I quit being admin I tell them why...

A simple "don't do it again" is all that I see is needed

Also Matsi, you should refrain from saying stuff about people on the server. If you have an issue with someone, then you should take it up with them personally. Doing things like this just adds fuel to the fire and starts to cause drama. Which is the thing you're trying to avoid. Just think before you act.

I havn't played on cs for a while but from what I have seen of rabid in the passed several years, he's definitely improved and he knows the rules as well or better than most. He's normally around any time I've been there...
