    I mean telling someone to kill themselves is obviously semantically different than a death threat. Posting the dictionary definition is irrelevant to our rules.

     

     

    I think they should be handled the same way. Zero tolerance policy we don't need any of it in our servers whatsoever. I'm up for moving from a perm to a shorter ban but I think they should be treated the same way.

     

     

     

    You bring up a good about the warn/slay/kick/ban system though. We don't really have a vetting process to determine if potential staff know the order of the actions they are supposed to take or what offenses they can forego that process for. That's obviously on us, the higher ups, for not being diligent enough, Because a whole lot of staff aren't following the system we have in place. We should test the people we promote in a private teamspeak room, just a few questions, instead of just throwing powers their way every other Monday. Who cares if they know they're going to be promoted beforehand. Lot's of issues with staff and how they deal with things, this rule in it's current form isn't an issue, staffs understanding of the rule is.

    Yeah sure +1. If I remember right you're European, we're lacking in staff when the Europeans are on. Been staff in other divisions. We've given mod to way worse. Everything checks out here.

    My ol faithful laptop is slowly dying. I'm going to build my own rig now. I only have about a 500$ budget but I can get something that runs tf2 like a champ for that. I found a build in my price range, tell me if it sucks or not. I know I'm not going to be able to max out the more intensive games but I just want to be able to max out source games. Tell me if I'm way off on this build ive never done this before.

    Okay so I'm moving to my new apartment on monday next week and Comcast isn't coming to hook up internet until Tuesday so I don't think I'm going to make the match. Just letting you guys know way in advance so you don't have to find a sub last minute. @Kart did a good job last time or you could ring somebody.

    WE HAVE FINAGLED PAST THE PASSWORD WITH ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS. I HAVE WORKING MOUSE. I HAVE AN M, C, R, CTRL, ALT, AND DELETE BUTTONS WORKING. WE CAN GO ON TEAMSPEAK AND WORK THE SETTINGS FOR A USB KEYBOARD. FRIED LAPTOP BACK FROM THE DEAD. #fucktheTEA
