I am not certain what exactly was on the link posted, but I kind of don't feel like someone should get in trouble when linking a site.... for what else exists on the site.... I mean it was 4chan... you can choose not to click it(you know it's going to contain some bad stuff due to the fact it's 4CHAN!!!)
 
Apart from "CP is bad" I am fairly certain there aren't really any rules against regarding posting links on TS.... let alone in the PRIVATE SECTIONS of TS.... people have said multiple times that the private channels are for lack of a better term... lawless... and that the most punishment you can receive from doing something in them is being blacklisted, or kicks/banned if you break blacklist.... On top of the previously mentioned... I am not sure I see the reasoning for increasing the ban to the forums and/or game servers...
 
+1 Basically... I think this is being blown out of proportion... I think that what he linked may have been accidental... and even if it wasn't shouldn't be permed from everywhere... but hey... I have no idea what was in that thread, or the topic.... since it's gone now...

According to Xerxes comment, none have seen this. If that is true, the evidence disappearing is basically the same as not having any. I don't agree with CP, but if evidence can no longer be provided, and all we have is the word of people, saying "yeah, we saw that.", then he shouldn't still be banned. xG never used someone's word as proper evidence, so it shouldn't be used now.

-1, I see the points everyone against him are making, but come on. You could send the link to this thread to someone right now and say "Hey, look at this." And 2 minutes later someone here could post CP. Is it your fault that they posted CP? No, you can't control what someone else does. And what do you guys expect from 4chan anyway? This isn't really something that you can check to see if what he did was actually wrong, the only evidence you have doesn't even exist anymore(to my knowledge).
Besides, I've seen worse things posted on teamspeak in the past.

Phew, after being extremely active daily for a month, then going on a week vacation I'm considered inactive again. That was quick.
 
I would have to second the idea of Silence getting final say (I'll text him this issue), but having been on 4chan those years ago I have to second that you can't really control what gets posted on a thread. Before the moderators got stricter, you would've had 2-3 CP threads a day. As well, these threads pop up randomly in nature just to change anything. You can go from naked girls to CP, furry porn to CP, CP (cheese pizza) to CP, you get the point. As this gets cracked down more a lot, instances still fall through the cracks. Which in my opinion, if the offense was posting a link to a 4chan thread that got derailed into a underaged pornographic thread, which then gets deleted as quickly as possible, the current ban Xerses faced would be sufficient. Where next time he should just be cautious on links he posts. Since if we're being honest, I remember in that exact same teamspeak group, a huge group of us talked about meatspin, and reading a complaint about pornographic content right now made me giggle.
 
TL;DR: I'll get silence involved, but the punishment that made Xerses banned and freak out and other small things people can't see should be enough for a 4chan offence.

I do see matsi's point, and it would probably make the clan better if CL's played on the servers, but it's important to note that they don't claim to speak for divisions they don't play in, and unless there is disagreement among dms and dls they leave decisions that affect a division to the higher ups of the division. It's not a perfect system we have, and it's clunky, but it isn't broken (not yet at least).
 
We do have a lot of dead divisions though, and it seems like some people from those divisions have forum powers for no reason, and that isn't really what we need. We should give them CL or demote them, we don't need unnecessary DLs and DMs. I'd say that's a bigger issue than CLs not playing on servers. And those dead servers could be converted into new games, so xG can grow. because right now xG is stagnant to dying, because higher ups seem scared of trying new things and growing the clan. Fear of failure is valid, but it's better to try and fail then to not try so we can die slowly. Because tf2 being popular is going to end some day, and when it does xG isn't going to survive without populating other games.

I'd honestly +1 this if I was a member. Honestly, like Nu_13 said, Vector still shows that he cares about the TF2 division. Regardless of his put downs, he still tries to get the division to see the light on most things. Especially when it's really big issues that occur. Biggest example would be the whole "suicide threats" debacle.

Also when mods ban them because someone does not like how they are doing there job, i have seen some guy say that the mods are really bad and don't know how to do there job and one will ask me how long to ban him for? How about you stop being pussies and actually hear the guy out in a pm or something instead of banning because he thinks you suck at being a mod. That means we all should be banned because ALL of us think at least one person is a bad mod/admin.
 
Also, i think @diabeetus said that those threats should be a gag, kick, then week ban and if he keeps it up, then a perm.

Custom moving entity pokemon

Basically in some areas(that are rarely ever walked in) have some entity models of pokemon which move in set paths, which can be destroyed from (~400 dmg) and will take 7 minutes to respawn, I just basically want opinions on this as maybe it was just a moment of madness/witchcraft by me.

 
 
Building restrictions
In each spawn I enabled teleporter entrances to be created, this could provide the option for some players to get out of spawn traps etc ~~~ still tiny implement that could be changed in a minute.
 
Music
So far i have changed many of the songs which are mainly from PokeRemixStudio - YouTube most of these are remixes from original pkmn songs, again If anyone wants to post a song to be added i will add those songs into it(as long as it's relevant).

don't want to say names but some people made gave unfair punishments to some people because they know they can't say anything back without any backlash handed towards them.

the last ban request that was made about death threats was handled so poorly that most people didn't even bother coming back due to bias and favoritism of said offender.
 
also the perms kept people in line on the servers because they know a ban will be issued if they are caught.

Someone saying "kill urself" isn't a threat, it's massive disrespect. I swear if i see one more person say "HURRR DEATH THREAT" i'm gonna blow a blood vessel. Out right perming people for this act is ludacris and should be delt with as massive disrespect and shouldn't be a 1 warning thing.

I'm of course talking to @Diamonde @Flareon @Ohstopyou @Scootaloo. The fact that this rule is "being discussed" is obvious that something so simple is not being discussed. 9/10 saying such horrible things is because of someone being upset and i'm not saying jrulez8 deserves an unban, he broke multiple rules. and @Matsi at one point we DID have admin disrespect as rule but was changed to be a global disrespect rule. If you wish to take a stronger action against such disrespect make it a 3 day ban or something BUT after following protocol (verbal/text warning, mute/kick, ban). and if he comes back then increase to a week and then a perm. To out right perm people for saying this is ludacris and eventually will start throwing perms around like candy. for example.
 
 
this person was permed with the reason "death threat" mentioned before it's more than likely not a death threat. and this person hasn't been banned before so why the perm? (i'm not blaming any mods or admins for following the so called 'rule'). Even with THREATS we gave each individual multiple chances especially with more serious suicide threats by individuals i won't name unless told to.

Also @ChickenPanda Death threats against ANYONE is equally concerning. Staff aren't higher than others. An immediate perm is ludicrous and isn't fair, regardless of how the player acts. jrulez was indeed right in the situation however again i'm not saying you guys should unban him because his reaction in the thread alone confirms he's a total edge-lord.
 
also @Diamonde next time please provide a screen shot of the chat logs and do NOT copy and paste, copying and pasting makes your evidence invalid. Someone didn't point this out to you so i'm trying to help you out for future reference.
