+1 If I had the time, I could add player clip blocks (to prevent opposite teams to go to other spawns) for each team but I don't know how to make team specific blocks.

In the servers tab, I saw that one of the Garry's Mod servers is down. What server is it?

Adding to suggestion: The hale can use explosive arrows, which does MASSIVE splash damage. My suggestion is to ban explosive arrows on blu or lessen the splash damage or range.
