Repeatedly attacking staff, saying "biased", "defend each other" doesn't help with your situation. Also, look at the -1s please. This is highly unlikely. Be patient , wait it out.

Also to add, I was gagged before this one for asking if it would be gay to fuck a strap on and the reasoning I was gagged: Trolling. Yep Tatost is the 2nd most abusive admin I've seen on this server. So I ask again will I be ungaged or no?

You were being massively toxic and arguing with staff. Even as Salazzle said, even if you think it's not an argument, doesn't mean it is not. I was doing what I thought should have been done by that time, until we saw your previous ban by Salazzle himself for abusing !calladmin and being toxic. I believe the punishment was justified and within some boundary of reason. Parasect was doing what I told him to do in the situation because you've been told again and again not to argue with staff members.
And secondly, Jerusalem is actually a place in the world where you can be considered Jewish, even if you don't agree with the religion. So yes, in that point it could be both a religion AND a race.
tldr: You were previously banned for being toxic, then you came on the server again being toxic, trolling and arguing with staff. Let's see what the higher ups think.

I was literally gagged after saying I changed the subject and we were debating to [xG;M] Tatost about Jew being a race or not then I get called on by Para for arguing which we weren't arguing about my gag anymore. I say I'm not arguing then I get the same "Stop arguing" from him then an hour gag then a day gag. Thank you for any actions done.

This seems like a case of "okay, I can't spray nudity. I'm going to find the next worse thing, that I perceive as allowed." The problem is - even if it was allowed, it would still be causing discomfort, to the server experience for some users.
 
The best advice I can give, is to not border-line rules. They're not set in stone and are constantly changing. The defensive of "this isn't against the rules" may not slide. We could decide to make it against the rules in a heartbeat. If it fits basic guidelines, like causing a disruption to game-play or triggering a reasonable amount of understandable discomfort. But in all fairness, we would clarify the rules and reverse any lasting moderation, if this happened. And anything that required us to increase server bans, would get veto'd unless absolutely necessary.
 
I've gone ahead and removed the spray restriction. Your spraying access has been restored. Thanks for creating a spray ban protest on our forums. We're always willing to respond and look for a beneficial ways to clear up misconceptions.

As much as memes are pretty fricking cool, this is a stupid idea and probably most of the "yes" votes are from you guys trying to be funny. I've been told it has ear rape buttons on the map, and we even have a rule against ear rape on mic and it's ear rape isn't allowed on LCT and forum profiles. So why the frick would this even be allowed. (I'm gonna get destroyed on this post.)

Yeah of course you could just PM staff. I think it would be more efficient to talk about it in a sub-forum for all staff members to see so as many people don't find about the exploit as possible.

I completely agree with this. Having a private staff sub-forum for all staff members to use should prove very useful. If things need to be addressed with members we can talk about it in a public sub-forum.
If everyone else if happy with this I'm happy. Whatever everyone else wants goes in my book. :)

I nicely asked you in-game to stop spraying that sexually suggestive spray, as the anime model is posing in a sex position. You were persistent and continued to spray it, so a spray ban was issued.
 
I'm more than willing to remove the spray ban, if you stop spraying that. And refrain from spraying inappropriate things in the future, when asked to stop by a server moderator. Anything that is obscene, pornographic or sexually suggestive, is highly likely to draw a moderator's attention. If something is sexually exploit and contains a limited degree of nudity, it *may* slide but don't count on it.

I was pretty dead set on doing it, and it feels pretty cheap or crappy just suddenly backing out on it now. I'm going to keep to being admin for now after countless messages and conversations from numerous people, hopefully things will get better in a while. Kitsune is as he said now assisting me with some of the real life issues too.
 
I just can't bear the thought of letting Kitsune down either, especially when we're in the process of mending broken bridges, so I'm going to keep going for the time being. This thread can be closed or ignored.
