None of you guys have really gave a good input to be against the bot. The only somewhat good reason I saw was from MJP, and even then you can just mute the channel(s) and hide them. They'll be out of your way and it won't be cluttered.
 
Yeah the discord is to communicate, but having bots the enhance socialization around us, damage us? No.
It's a shame we all have different interests ?
People that have alike interests help us prosper. People enjoy the games in the community, so we talk about it. Why not add something else? It's one more bot and I don't think it will hurt anyone.
It'd be a nice addition to be honest. For those who talk in #anime a lot.

We already have Pokecord we don't need another game bot thing, I don't think we made the discord to have these stupid bots and shit rather to communicate, other than personal preference of not having the bot I think it's just pointless to have it and it'd attract people I don't want to have in the community, plus I doubt you're short of discords that have this bot.

It would be redirected to the same channel Pokecord spawns go into. If Pokecord annoys you, you can mute channels. Just change #Pokecord to #Spawns. There's also an anime channel so you already see it unless you have the muted too lmao. "I don't like Pokecord, but I won't mute the channel. Even if I did mute the channel I don't want people to have nice things when I'm not involved."
Can someone give an actual good reason for not having the bot when there is something exactly like it but for Pokemon in the exact same Discord lmao. "ew anime lol get it out"

I'm not really one for the idea of adding bots just for the sake of having extra features. The discord seems to work as a hub for the community to interact with each other more proactively, essentially shout box but significantly better. Things that deviate from that don't really help the discord to foster the community, acting more like distractions then anything.

Pretty self-explanatory. I thought it would be nice to add waifubot to the servers since we've already got some bot designated channels, as well as a decent portion of our community watching anime or reading manga.
