GONNA GO CLOSE THE OLD ONE K BYE The length of time it takes for the member submission to become invalid is 1 month. That month hasn't passed on his other member application. There is a time that you have to wait before re-applying - this has just been forgotten about? This needs to have been closed, the other one needs to be open for another 3 days.
