How do you bind specific lrs

I know how to bind !lr (bind "key" "say !lr") but I dont know how to bind specific lrs. Like all i need to do is press 4 to gun toss with the person at the top of the list.Please help.

It's easy.

bind "cmd sm_hosties senddata cl_lastrequest_1", then 2 and so forth.

Would this allow me to just press (whatever key) to activate (whatever !lr) with the first ct on the list. And for guntoss would it be: bind "key" "cmd sm_hosties senddata cl_lastrequest_4"?
