WOAH, since I was dragged in here, this is how it is supposed to be enforced, like forest said. If there is a rebel, and you actually see him rebelling, like shooting at you, then he is a rebel lets say he kills warden then runs away, and you chase him. nobody calls warden, 15 seconds pass, admins say freeday. he was an active rebel. thus you can still kill him as he had a gun and was shooting. but lets say that he was a rebel who was just hiding in surf (as in the case here) and an admin calls a freeday, then in that case, you must have some of the following criteria: You know the exact name of the rebel, how is this done? there are 2 Ts left alive, one non rebel and the other being the one hiding in surf. warden gets killed (or slain) but you know the one non rebel, you are still actively pursuing the rebel, 15 seconds pass and then there is an admin called freeday. free days in no way pardon rebels (save fire-drill which does not exist without bombs) This case: 1 player in cell block other rebel after warden freekilled mullin, 15 seconds admin called freeday [the 1 in cells can run free] but the last person who was hiding who was a designated rebel came out and ran at matsi. he was still a rebel as he received no official pardon. matsi stabbed his pooper and then got slayed by vector. What was wrong? Vector slayed matsi after the player complained in all chat. Why did vector slay? confusion in the way a freeday and pardons work. What have we learned? if you know exactly who the rebel is and you can verify that (small group of people followed orders and they are all in one location and rebel comes out w/o a pardon) he is indeed a rebel after an admin calls freeday, kill his ass, and don't slay the CT for doing it. that is how it should be handled. Should there be a punishment for a misunderstanding? no. Is this better clarified? yes. Should there be disrespect coming out of matsi? no. I believe everyone here agrees on this after understanding the reasoning.

You're right and wrong. This rule Does exist, however it only pertains to a Fire Drill Freeday. I won't quote the entire thing, you can look it up if need-be under the "Fire Drill" heading. This is in No way implied on a Standard Freeday that all Ts are pardoned, as it does not state so under the "Freeday" heading. Vector was in the wrong as unless we magically have bombs back, it was a standard Freeday and was therefore a freeslay (unless of course the DMs have implemented a new rule saying that Ts are pardoned, in which case disregard this). @Vector @@Warriorsfury @@DarkWolf6052 For future reference, some of you guys really should tone it down. Just because a player is acting out on something he/she doesn't think is fair, doesn't mean you have to react in such a hostile way and bite their head off. The player will obviously be distressed and annoyed, but that doesn't mean you should be too. @@Matsi I understand if you're upset, but this is no way to act when addressing a problem you have. Slandering the CS:S Server is not necessary at all, neither is disrespecting the Staff Members of it. We're all part of the same community, so why should you act like this because no one is seeing it your way? Frustration will make you say things, which is why it's understandable, but please, refrain from disrespecting the CS:S Division when you think something is wrong. For reel doe There is some money to be made in livestreaming. The only problem is nobody watches CS:S. There's a slightly larger audience for CS:GO, but mainly (on twitch, at least) people love watching League. Maybe if we could make a team of xG members that all share a twitch.tv account and can rotate between some popular games (LoL, SC2, CS:GO, or the sort) we could generate some revenue (or even donations!) that would all go toward the clan. I'd be up for streaming some League for the good of xG.

If something is not in the motd, but considered to be a valid rule by staff currently on, it is a rule (within reason of course) and your so called moderater saying is mature? I attempted to keep my post mature and even removed names and such. Also... one could argue that the motd you mentioned says ADMIN not MOD... but either way I think they need to inform people of the rule that isnt listed. He was called out by warden BY NAME to be a rebel and I was told to find him and kill him, I was looking for him long before the warden died. I don't remember if he was one I had actually seen myself to be rebeling but I assumed that the warden did since he called by name that he was rebeling... I think if you didn't see the rebel yourself, and the warden was killed, and it became a freeday, his orders don't stand after that, so.. it sorta would be a freekill

the issue was when at the time matsi didn't see the rebeler rebel and the warden was killed. thus a freeday was called then when he came back into main cell block we walked up the ladder in main cell block (this is avalanche) right above isolation. matsi killed him. and this happens.

All T's are pardoned upon a freeday being called. If you didn't kill them in time before freeday, its your loss. It's just like when we had FireDrill Freedays; the firedrill goes off, all rebels are pardoned as soon as the firedrill went off.

...That is a rule. Once a freeday is called all rebellious T's are pardoned. Unless the T was doing some kind of rebellious action AFTER the freeday was called, then you can kill the T. For example, if you were hunting for someone who perhaps killed warden and then a "warden-dead freeday" happened, then that T would be instantly pardoned once 15 seconds went by and a freeday was called by default (if you managed to get to him before the 15 seconds, you would treat him as a normal rebel). This is pretty much universally accepted among the CS:S staff.

If you read everything I stated I was having a bad night. Also with the mixture of being exhausted it was ALSO an event to relief stress at that current time. That's not really putting up a case though, and will end in me showing this "respect" few people require to feel their online authority is still there. Also, as I've stated before. After this shit storm happened, it won't be happening again.

What if autoswitch gets him on CT and an admin bans him without a question. It will simply show that admin has poor judgement. If I start giving orders then we OBVIOUSLY have a problemo on CS:S.

Plug-in Days. You pay 10$ for any plugin of your choice to be added, within reason of course. The plugin can be fun stuff like Paintball Mod, etc. And do it for a time limit of 24 hours. Sure, it might seem like a waste, but it'll create a sense of community involvement. After 24 hours, remove it, and wait for the next one. You could set certain days, like every Friday or something. Just do something.

First things first, autistic double post is autistic. I find it funny how you're trash-talking higher-ups in what looks like some kind of effort to get them to change their votes. Here's the thing, they gave a 0, not a -1. A 0 does not, in any way shape or form, hurt someone's chances of getting in xG. They're just putting in a neutral vouch, as they haven't seen the person on enough to make an opinion on whether or not they should be a member. They aren't insulting him for being inactive, and neither are they -1ing saying that he's too inactive. On the other hand, JWB and Darkwolf are active, and you have to remember that JWB is a DM for Minecraft, meaning that he has another Division to worry about and monitor as well. I'm just giving you some advice, but you and another PM like to act a lot higher up than you actually are, and it really isn't doing anything for you. You are at the lowest possible rung on the staff ladder of xG, and I've seen you get into arguments over incredibly things with Higher-Ups (including Poncher, when you bitched him out about making a joke). In the workplace, the newly hired employee doesn't go around trash-talking his boss. Doing what you're doing isn't going to get you anywhere, it will most likely only hurt you.

Warden called him out as a rebel and I had been searching for him the entire fucking round, and when warden died there was ONE guy left that was going to get LR after I found the rebel. third off... you prove even MORE how bad of a mod you are by saying that me not knowing that there is a made up rule that is LISTED NOWHERE AT ALL means that when I break it it is MY FAULT..... A Badmod slayed me today because I killed rebel after it became a freeday. Telling me that "once it becomes a freeday all rebels are no longer rebels" which is bullshit and mentioned nowhere in any of the rules! On every JB server I have ever played on(including xG's CS:GO) rebels remain rebels unless pardened. GG /vent
