You know just as well as I do that the majority of the Staff Members (as well as yourself and a couple of the Co's) were discussing whether or not Peppermint was to be Server banned at that very time because he had failed to uphold his end of the bargain which was not to slip up at all as a CT [this included general rule breaking]. Needless to say, we showed leniency once again and only kept him permanently CT banned instead of Server banned. When I said a valid reason, I meant a reason as to why this punishment of only being CT banned [when he could have been Server banned] is not justifiable and he should be given yet another chance. So far, all I'm hearing is that he's active. Well that's great and all, but what I want to know is that are you [anyone in general] just +1'ing because you are friends? If he is to be considered for an unban, I want to see the most legitimate and reasonable vouches. If I see people just saying "he's cool" or "he's changed" or "he's active" I will completely disregard them and may end up closing this once more. Reasons must be provided, detailed ones at that. Persuade myself as to why he should be unbanned when he was given further leniency by not being Server banned, and instead being CT banned. Refer to my post Here in regards to the prior ban history of the player in question.

I dont know how you just noticed this, it was already dying since like some what early in the year. We do pop up to like 25 people. But no one likes trying to populate that no one is willing to play. We spend a shit load of time trying to populate but no one likes populating alone, and it gets pretty boring after trying for so long without results. Which is why a good amount of people have already left.

Swapteam is there so you can swap the people who break small rules, instead of straight banning them. so they can learn from their mistakes without a harsh punishment @@shadowspy

yeah like wtf. There are ~10,000 mods and admins for the cs:s division. last night there was 32 people on jailbreak and this was no mod or admin. Where are you guys? Just counted the staff roster, theres 40 staff members, (including DM and Div,not including Co Leader since they're kinda for every division) Also chuck said "very rarely" there is no mods or admins on, which is true, most of the time a mod or admin is on, unless it's early morning, or really late at night. Also, you guys have to admit, the occasional rule breaker can cause some fun sometimes (as long as it doesn't hurt the server or its population), some people will laugh at a mass freekill etc. (obviously they still need to be punished though). Besides, without rule-breakers, theres no point in having mods and admins And I swear this is like the 10th thread I've seen on this, and it's maybe the 4th time I've seen people bring up the "CT quiz" thing, which is a good idea, we just need someone to make it and with silence working on hub, which is top priority right now, we don't have the time to mess with that. IN MY OPINION, instead of the CT quiz, we should have this vvvvv (After we are done with hub) I think we need a thing that when you joins (I've seen this on garrys mod, so no its not my idea) , a thing pops up and says "I have read and agree to the server rules" after you press close on the MOTD Also, I think after that pops up in chat saying they "I have read and agree to the server rules" we should make CT ban length (or server ban too, either way) more serious. Since they know they had the chance to read the rules.

We all know it's not hard to get the population high, it's about keeping the population at that point. exactly, cs:go can be the most populated server, it's just we have nothing to offer anymore.. sure if we have dedicated people as penguin so described, and we get our population up, then what? it gets boring because we have no new maps, no hub. sure it can be populated but for how long till everyone gets bored? i think a hub would keep the population only growing, it wouldn't populate it as thats an easy task to do

This Division is dying. Plain and simple. The main reason for this (and i can't stress this enough) is because no one populates the servers. The largest population I've seen in weeks was 18 people (only reason it got this high was because Shadow and I populated and I invited everyone on my friends like staff should do) that lasted an hour or two. Something needs to be done before this division dies completely.

Honestly I don't even know. But I'm learning to hate just playing as a T all the time and no one plays on the other servers as much so just do this clan a favor and server ban me

No, hes not going to turn into a Netex Jr, (Netex was banned and rebanned constantly because we gave him too many chances, every time he fucked up after being unbanned) Learn from your past xG, it doesn't work. Not only would you be avoiding a ban as shadowspy said [which could potentially lead to further consequences], but you are now using it as a threat that no matter what the verdict is, you could still attempt to do so. This is not helping your case one bit, you need to change the attitude you are showing when receiving negative criticism, otherwise you may end up getting banned again should you get unbanned.

A warday is a very different thing though, and with previous discussion with forest I cannot start a warday after cells open (could cause too many freekills). To have a warday you must do two things: 1) Declare its a warday and most importantly 2) Designate a location He did not designate a location, but did call it which meant T's were able to leave cells instantly. Since there was no location given, what do you expect the T's to do? It was invalid, thus defaults to a freeday.

If it was a valid Warday, then regardless of saying "out of cell rebel", our Warday rules state that if you did not give them a time to leave their cells, they could leave then and there.
