How about this: I will setup a blog integrated with the forum that will be completely moderated and whatnot. Would that be beneficial towards you guys?

This is not a forever goodbye. I have made many, many friends here. However, I am going to be going inactive, very...very inactive. I might be moving soon and I also may be getting a job. I'm also going to be taking a much larger course load in college next semester so I will have virtually 0 time to play. I don't want to leave, but this is me stepping down to member. I may be back in the future who knows. If things work out then I certainly will be. There are way too many of you to tag in this post so I won't tag everyone, don't feel left out if you're a friend of mine you very well know it. But, most of you are good friends and good people. @@DarkWolf6052 You are doing a great job as DL keep up the good work. Hopefully you get a new computer soon so you can be around more. You are a pretty cool guy, from day 1 in jailbreak I always thought you were pretty awesome, I remember when you were a mod, little mod darkwolf so cute. :D @@Uryuu_Minene You have been awesome as well. I remember when you started playing, or at least when I started playing. I didn't like you at first but you grew on me, sort of like an infection. Anime's gay. @@Emilia MegaRobin(forever) you are an awesome admin, I abused on you a lot and you only complained a little. I personally hope you take my position as DM as you are super active and not a total dick like I was. @@Hidingmaster You are the person who convinced me to join xG way back in the day. +1. It's getting seriously out of hand as of recently. I've had to gag him several times today for spamming nigger. Despite me gagging/kicking him several times he isn't seeming to get the message to stop. xG members shouldn't be acting like this and we need to put a stop to it. A 1-3 day ban would be appropriate in my opinion. It isn't just today, I've gagged him plenty of times in the past for spam. EDIT: I understand he's been gagged, but he clearly doesn't care and just isn't getting the message to stop. The screenshots below are of his chat from only the past 6 hours.

^^^^^^ Thing is, you can't post a thread without trolls posting in it. It's bound to happen. Just post in General, because honestly, any of those topics are in General. Some people will take it seriously and post their opinion, while others won't, and there really isn't anything that can be done about that (aside from Higher-Ups deleting posts that are either irrelevant or there to intentionally de-rail the thread). As far as I'm concerned, the internet is a difficult place to just sit down, throw out a topic, and expect 100% mature answers and attitude, no matter where you are. Also, @@xShadowSpyx the original intention of the /xG/ section was for Players to post Abuse reports or Member protests without fear of being judged or singled out as the "tattle-tale". Unfortunately, it quickly went down hill and was used for ridiculous and un-needed threads. I will however point out that a few threads posted there are useful, especially when showing criticism of a Higher-Up. Lets us know when we're doing something wrong or are lacking in something, and players/members are able to express their opinion. My opinion would be to notify a Forum Moderator (Typically Division Manager+) that you would like to post a thread (In General section) that is to be treated seriously and request that any invalid or irrelevant posts are to be deleted. +/-0 I'm not gonna go off of what other people say but from my perspective of what I see you cabbage. Good Things - You use your mic and call warden a lot. You're very active on our servers. Improvement - From what I have seen you have improved using your voice. What I mean by this is that you call warden so no invalid freedays happy. You're voice isn't also a squeaker which is good from a 14 year old too. Things to improve - You should read the motd maybe just not once and maybe twice so you fully understand everything. I have seen you tarp a lot before 5. Even if no one gets killed and the tarp wouldn't matter because no one died, tarping before 5 is still tarping before 5. If you don't read the rules and you major tarp by accident, then you could not only get someone else perm banned but you could get banned to for the tarp.

There is no evidence provided that Aaron was in fact the person who did it during that time, and as such he wasn't banned for it. There were multiple other Staff Members on, and it could have been anyone; we can't just single someone out because he was most likely to have done it. Most cases are handled with factual information. The only time Aaron was guilty of doing so was after posting a vote to see if the Players would agree to it in which it was captured by the plugin (as well as seen in chat logs). During no other time (that I know of) did Aaron blatantly ban @ all.

Can you ask otherpeople in xG to help out with the problems and bugs, even if they aren't in gmod div, it'd go much faster I think.
