People who say age doesn't define maturity have never played on the TF2 servers.

I think the age change just limits our group in a big way. (My opinion)

Effective immediately, all potential members must be at least 16 years old in order to apply for membership/staff. What this means All current members/staff who are under 16 years old, will still be members/staff. All pending member/staff applications that do not meet the age requirement will not be invalidated. All future member/staff applications must meet this requirement no matter what, unless the age requirement is edited in the future. Previous applicants of xG who are under 16 are still able to apply at any time! For the entire month of April 2015, anyone not meeting these criteria may apply. Starting May 2015, the age requirement will go into effect. If any higher-ups wish to discuss this change, feel free to reply to the essentially identical thread in admin discussion. PSA: this is not an April Fools' joke, if anyone was thinking that.

In the chat logs, Tega said he set a sentry at the opposite team's spawn and THEN put god mode on. Apparently this is okay, because he wasn't in god mode when the sentry was put. +1 for this reason.

First, increasing the age is more than fine in my opinion. You already see younger players wearing "[xG:rep]" in their name if they're not in the clan due to being too young. Second, age doesn't matter when it comes to maturity is true for the most part, but throughout time playing on the servers, I have only witnessed a select few that really show high maturity for a young age. I don't blame xG raising the age requirement. It makes perfect sense. Then again, what do I know. I'm not even in the clan. ;)

Well for starters, we don't have a lot of 17-20 year old gamers playing on the servers, we have 11-16. We would be losing a lot of the population if this doesn't change, we have to think about maturity. MATURITY. If you have a 17 year old immature douchebag and a 13 year old mature and kind person, think about who you would take. I would take the 13 year old, we don't need immature people here. I don't care what age they are as long as they are mature and Active I give them a +1 just because they would be a great addition. So think about this question, Would you rather... Take all the bad fruit or 1 good fruit? (meaning is Would you take older douches or would you take younger, mature, and kind people)

Seriously. I warned him, left for an hour, and then I come back and he's at it again. Literally EVERYDAY I join Saxton Hale and he is on there spamming suicides at the beginning of the rounds, trolling, spamming the lenny face everywhere, and making graphic jokes. I'm 99% sure that @Tekage and @Diamonde have both warned him plenty of times about the death spamming. As well as the fact that I literally just got done warning him, and he was like "ok, pls, i'll stop". I think a 3 day ban is justifiable in this case, as he is a repeat offender who has already been warned plenty of times, gagged, and just recently kicked today. I'll go ahead and put the ban in right now.

Lately, things have been very temperamental around xG. Often times, I feel like there’s too much bickering and too much fighting among our members to justify the time that I put into doing what I do. Lots of times I feel like the only reason many of us are here is due to habit and never actually wanting to contribute to make xG a better place. Whoo hoo! Secret message! Just as I have had a difficult time watching many of my friends leave our clan, this post comes as a difficult measure. Usually, I wouldn’t be so long-winded about it, but I really feel that my feelings need to be heard. Sometimes, I wish that the level of stress I have to put up with as an Admin on xG was a lot lower, but alas it isn’t. There have been many moments where I simply had to stop and ask myself “What am I doing here?” Kudos to those who found it in them to stick around as long as you have. I feel like that’s quite an accomplishment. Despite all of this, however, I have decided that it is time for me to step down and leave xG. Don’t take it upon yourself to try and persuade me otherwise. I’ve made my decision. Now, it’s time for me to be moving on. Getting along with most of you has proven to be too difficult to keep maintenance on. If any of you harbor some sort of anger towards me, I can understand. Many of you, I consider close friends, so I don’t exactly expect a lot of whiplash, but I know some of you have butted heads with me in the past, so I’m ready to never speak with a few of you again. Make sure to check the first letter of each sentence! Never have I been apart of a community that was so often divided. Often times I sit back and just laugh about how immature and childish the members of our clan can be. Then, I had an epiphany: I don’t need to be here for this nonsense any longer. Giving into my inner desires to never have to deal with this drama again has been absolutely relieving. Out of madness I venture forth to find brighter and greener pastures. In due time, I’m sure I’ll find another community that will actually have respect for one another, instead of a bunch of mindless idiots fighting with each other and spouting stupid-ass dank memes until they literally go insane with one another. Never again will I look back. Grasp for me to stay all you want, but it’s high time I stop babysitting the meme lords and actually find a group of mature individuals who can carry on like normal-ass human beings. Alas, I will miss many of you. Now comes the time for the sad goodbyes. Yes, I said it: I will miss many of you, and will keep you added as friends on Steam for hopefully the next long while. Recently I got in trouble and probably failing 2/4 of my classes , skip test undo projects.. Instead of raising the age on member applications, how about we make stricter rules on how to act as a member or else you will be kicked out, just a suggestion
