We have deliberated and a verdict has been made. Baited into it or not, he crossed a line, and Xerses will be banned for a week. The people in the video who are being rude and trolling in chat are receiving a warning. They will be closely monitored, and if the behavior continues action will be taken. The clarification of the spawncamping rule, which does not allow spawncamping on maps that have teleporters as spawn access (mostly nimbusland, hyrule, and Jolly Roger Bay) has been added to the motd to hopefully avoid future confusion. Starting now, proven death threats and suicide threats are a instaperm. But if you fail to provide evidence, or if your evidence is obviously one sided and doesn't tell the whole story, we will throw it out. the burden of proof is on the reporter. Video or demo evidence is ideal. Chat logs should involve both parties. Any permeable offense is going to need as much proof as we need for hacking claims. A perm is a severe punishment, we don't want to make that decision uninformed. I hope this clears a lot of things up #stillclosed

I know my opinion isn't worth much, but everything Kypari said is true. The guy in question (Fallout 4 whatever) was threatening suicide (irl not in-game) and trolling in the most, boring unintelligent way possible. He impersonated an admin and said something about hacking (not sure as to what he meant, clarification needed on that).

it's great, a lot of hackers though but they usually keep to themselves or give other people cash. Add me on steam and you can join me and the others to play.

Death threats are NOT to be taken lightly, regardless of any instigations or anything of the like. I'm advocating for a permanent ban. I don't care what rules are being broken. Telling someone to kill themselves is NOT okay and we have no place for ANY individual who would do so in our servers. You don't verbally assault them until they stop. You get a mod/admin to fix the issue. For Christ's sake, we just put into place a bot for this very reason. That being said, we DO have to also deal with the fact that this individual was clearly spawncamping in a spot where it is unallowed. This is a blatant breach of the rules that have been set regarding spawncamping a teleported exit. If it pleases the other DMs, I'm moving to ban Xerxes for his heinous comments for a lengthier time, up to and possibly including a permanent ban, and administer a minimum of a 24 hour ban on those responsible for camping the teleport exit. I don't know how many times we have to repeat the same rules before people understand. It really is starting to become quite irritating. -_-

It's required of you to wear a drive-through headset so you can hear chicken orders before they're locked on the screen (makes it more efficient, ye?) Your best bet would be to demonstrate that you have read and understood the rules before posting a Ban Protest against your permanent ban. As Bello mentioned, it is the responsibility of the player to know the rules before playing on the Guard (blue) side. If you do not know the basics of Jailbreak (Free Days are a common type of day across multiple Servers) then it is even more important to read and review the rules to develop a basic understanding of how things work before jumping onto the Guard (blue) side. With that said, if this was your first offense, then you may be given leniency after a couple of weeks. Until then, consider brushing up on the rules and give it some time. But you should know that this isn't something that will be fixed over night. -1 for an unban for reasons listed above.

Considering Xerxes was on the server when I perm'd Corey, things just simply do not add up. -1 from me. I believe Xerxes, and I know he's a good dude. I feel Bello, Flareon, and a few others have had issues with him in the past and are trying to gang up on him? Idk. Just a thought.
