Seriously. We don't need you guys abusing. If we get Abuse Reports on you guys, I don't give a flying fuck if it was Community Night or not. If you fucked up too badly, you're probably going to risk losing your powers.
There are limits. You know these limits. If you guys are going to use Community Night as an excuse to freeslay the entire server again and again, or abuse your powers excessively otherwise, you can say goodbye to your powers. See how you guys like being slain by admins and you have no say against it. I bet it ain't very fun.

Late night JB is bad imo, SOME people want to enjoy the game and not be slayed every second by someone else, all this is , is an excuse to abuse (You guys knew it wasn't allowed when u got staff powers, stop trying to find excuses to do so). It's not a horrible idea, but you guys aren't treating it as a lenient day, you're treating it as a "Lets abuse day" Late night in older xG, was lenient, shit was enforced, yet we didn't have people massfreekilling every second, or calling wardays in cells, If you TRULY wanted to populate servers, you would do community nights, face it, "late night JB " is an excuse to abuse, as soon as it turned 11: 30 admins only started abusing, slaying and kicking eachother. This doesn't look good to newcomers, they will see us as disorganized, and without rules. Causing them to tell theirfriends not to come, and then you guys wonder why xG isn't as populated as it used to be. This shouldn't be allowed to be a day, the only reason stuff ISN'T lenient is because you all complain about rules, making them strict as hell. Idk who approved it, but you should "Disapprove" it, or however you call it,.Also, you guys can say "Don't ruin our fun", idrc though, if you guys hate the rules so much, then play on a different server, with less rules.

Hey guys, thanks to anyone that was there tonight. If you missed it, we did start it later than originally set because of the amount of people on at 11pm.

I think it went over quite well for the most part, and it seemed that confusion was kept to a minimum. Thanks to Gkoo and the other admins that were on at the time.

Seriously though, Silence, you're pissing off some of the higher-ups. You come in teamspeak, spam the shit out of your mic, even when I tried to talk to you seriously, you just said NYANYA NYA in your mic. @@DrPepperPhreak will attest to that. I was telling you of all the issues this clan has, and you simply ignored it, and continued spamming your mic.
 
You then proceed to ban people that are actually trying to help the clan, and improve quality. You're the complete opposite, trashing players and staff, with quotes such as "Everyone is replaceable." We're all growing very tired of your shit.

Honestly rule discussions shouldn't only be for the higher ups, they should be for all staff.
And we are NEVER notified of a rule change unless it's one on a thread on the forums.
There's a CS:S Discussion part of the forums for a reason. We CS:S players discuss the rules, not just DMs (which there is only 2 of anyways, >.>).
ALSO, i was told the "Must let them out of a spot like Iso, then let them run for 10 seconds", the bold part is the changed part, was discussed only between @@DarkWolf6052 and @@Warriorsfury , Ok with darkwolf i understand, but Warrior is only a mod now, if you discuss it with one mod discuss it with all of them, and Gkoo should have been involved also as the DM he is.
DMs manage the players, that is their job, why ONLY they discuss the rules is beyond me, Admins and Mods enforce the rules, so they should have a say in rules that are changed BEFORE they are changed/added.

Since the plug-in we had for it broke the server(from what i heard) i thought we should just remove the rule and allow Ts to rebel on LR, if you think about it when theres 1 T with LR and like 7 CTs, its like likely for the T to die if he tried, so its more of a way to kill 1 ct they want to get revenge on, or get lucky and kill more, so what harm would it do?

-1, maybe spamming wasn't a smart idea for him to do but a member protest? As far as server goes, (correct me if I'm wrong) I think all his bans were 1or2day bans, just extend his ban to a week next time, and for TS just extend his time next time he does it. Also he was calling people plebs, it's not some intense disrespect that really offends people compared to other stuff he couldhave said.

The time for community night is always really late for east coast :/

IK you didn't tag me, I don't hate you and not many other staff do (maybe annoyed sometimes, but not hate), on CS:S its not like you start out being disrespectful, it's just something happens like someone abusing on you, then you tell them and you and the admin/mod get into arguements that leads to more of a problem.
 
I'd say you should just listen to people a little more(Not if it's something wrong ofcourse) and don't get into an arguement after one person opposes your view/opinion.
