Looking at the evidence presented I have yet to see any disrespect, especially deserving a one week server ban.
Pulling this from a CSGO thread where xG MagicalPurple was talking about what is and what is not disrespect.
 
What is considered disrespect:

If a player makes serious threats relating to the opposing users life, internet, or status in Xeno Gamers.
Ignoring higher-uppers in Xeno Gamers when it relates to the rules that correspond to the server that user is on.

What is not considered disrespect

The frustrated occasional cuss words. Everyone gets annoyed when playing video games.
Arguing over map choice.
Attempting to state your opinion in a non-malicious way. Swearing is not malicious in anyway.

The chat history show businessman calling people "plebians and bitches" while spamming LennyFace.
The chat history does not show serious threats or ignoring ranked staff with respect to rules.
 
We have !gag to prevent chat spam, !mute to prevent mic spam, !silence to prevent both.
Warn, !gag , then !kick, if they return after and continue it's a 6hr !ban.
 
Businessman shouldn't be able to get off more than 3 LennyFaces continuously without a !gag by staff.
If the !gag is not lifted, he's silent unless a reconnect which staff can kick for avoiding the mute.
 
Pulling this from CSGO admin handbook, due to I could not find a thread from CSS division.

- 1st occurrence: Warn
- 2nd occurrence: gag/mute
- 3rd occurrence: kick
- 4th occurrence: 6 hour server ban (360 min)

Chat spamming will only result in a gag. If they continue after the round changes, that is a kick. If they still continue, it is a day ban. Anything above or below is breaking the rules.
 
So this ban, for chat spam, questionable disrespect, and trolling(which is undefined) is for one week.

Where did the 1week length come from? I understand he rejoined after his 1hour ban, yet the next step would be 6hr or a day.
Regardless, if the player is !gag'ged by a staff member the chat spam would not continue.
If anything @@ABusinessMan should post a Ban Protest on the week ban.
 
With respect to the teamspeak "trolling", blacklist, kick, ban etc. is available.

Seriously though, those people who -1'd honestly , have done next to nothing compared to what Brian has done . I'm not down-grading anyone especially muffin and rise because they have been working exceptionally hard with the tf2 servers . But I honestly see no reason why you guys shouldn't want Brian back . He's not what we want, he's what we need . I honestly can't see who could replace Brian other than Train .. Too soon still ?

He apps for CS:S because everyone in TF2 hates him and doesn't want him back.

He said he wants to help or frantically need to help. Some help is better than no help. xG CS:S is possibly going down to shit because of the staff not functionally cooperating. Brian has excellent leadership skills. It is greatly needed for our staff. We need to get shit together so we can actually run servers.

The constant arguments you've been in and your acts of selfishness are one of the reasons "people love you." You tend to always want to prove yourself right. Yes, everyone wants to be right but there are times you need to face you were wrong. Every single argument, like every single argument is you constantly continuing it. Other want to end but it's you who continues it because you want to be "right."
 
Whenever I see you on servers, I just want to leave right away. When I see you on forums, I don't want to reply to you, cause I know you'll always stir up an argument and start to insult people, making yourself look all mighty and clever yet you just sound like a 10 year old kid. You literally have the weakest amount of support from others. Nobody cares about your opinions because everyone knows they are just straight insults. Making threads like this isn't initiative since everyone who is staff makes posts like this every week. Do you want positive change? Look at the community yourself. If you're active and a staff member you should be able to tell right away problems that people have with the community. Take some initiative, and start changes for the better. It's easy playing the blame game blaming whoever but unless you want change show the community you have balls and do something to positively benefit the community.

HAVE A FUCKING WEEKLY COMMUNITY NIGHT! No one fucking cares if you make a thread suggesting what game or what mode it is, just pick something new every week and just do it. The worst that could happen? The server won't be full but you'll give the option of getting the members to hang out with the higher staff members and get to know them. What will most likely happen? Server will be populated full of staff and members and everyone will be having fun competing and getting to meet others.

He was in xG for a while, but he did also intentionally break the rules. If we are trying to stop people from getting unbanned from shit like this, than why are we unbanning the other people who are trying to protest too. Either keep them all banned, or unban them all. None of the "some get unbanned and some don't".

You are saying that if you slay someone and it turns into an argument to just "slay yourself" or "be the bigger person and say you were wrong", well sorry but I'm not gonna sit here and seem like a little bitch because someone is arguing. You don't see people in court when they are arguing just all of a sudden go "I'm sorry, I was wrong. I shouldn't of brought you to court for raping my child. Judge, I would like to take the blame for the rape of my own child because this man was arguing with me." If you are right about something, don't give up. If they keep arguing and you KNOW that you are right, then warn them to stop, and if they don't, further actions will be placed upon them.
 
Disrespect has been going on since this whole clan started, no way to stop it, or fix it unless you wanna ban the whole fucking internet from xG. Try your best to solve it yourself, whether it be;

2: Reporting to a staff member
3: If you are a staff member, deal with it appropriately
4: Don't take it personally.
 
I understand there are some limitations, but come on, if someone can really make you cry, and make you that upset, you are not mentally stable to be on the internet. It is as simple as that.
