Spaghetti Aglio Olio / Spaghetti with Veggies

    Ingredients:
1/2 of a medium-small broccoli floret, chopped to bite sized pieces 7-10 Red grape tomatoes, sliced in half 1 Handful of Arugula (If there is no plain arugula available to you like in my grocery store, a 50/50 garden mix works great, it is spinach and arugula. otherwise just spinach.) 1/4 of a cube of butter (unsalted) or 2-3 tablespoons of margarine Pasta (spaghetti noodles work best, linguini 2nd and angel hair 3rd.) White wine, preferably a Chardonnay, a good cheap option is Franzia boxed chardonnay. do not drink this, it tastes like poop when compared to any other wine, use only for cooking. I like this wine to cook with. Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes Optional: But makes it taste a lot better is minced garlic and shallots, not a lot just enough to sweat in a pan (1/2 tsp each roughly) Optional: Shrimp Cooking:
Blanch your broccoli ahead of time and or immediately before cooking, make sure to get as much of the excess water out as possible. Heat a pan until it is almost smoking and add oil to your pan Remove from heat briefly to add chili flakes, garlic, and shallots, then lightly sweat. (5-10 seconds tops) Return to heat and add broccoli, toss to make sure the garlic and shallots do not burn on the bottom of the pan. Lightly season with salt and pepper (you will add more later so go very light) Add your tomatoes and arugula Deglaze with a splash of white wine, tossing to make sure the arugula and tomatoes are coated, allowing the arugula to wilt slightly. After the alcohol is cooked off, remove from heat and add your pasta, season with plenty of salt and a little more pepper. Add butter and toss to coat/melt butter. Do not pre-melt your butter and do not leave flame on, this will break your butter causing the fats to separate and make your pasta taste greasy Plate and enjoy. It's delicious. If you choose to add shrimp, sautee your shrimp before you add garlic shallots and broccoli, then add all that at the same time and very quickly sweat those before adding tomatoe, arugula, and wine. You want your shrimp to be 75% cooked when you do this, as the steam from the wine will finish the cooking process.

This is a dish that I regularly cook at the restaurant I work at, and like to make at home. If you dont like salt and think you are putting too much, you are wrong. trust me. you want a generous seasoning of salt. try the pasta as you season it at the end to make sure it tastes "right" the butter and tomatoes really soak up a lot of the salt.

Advanced Duplicator, It's a staple mod for any build server, darkrp, or otherwise known game mode that is build intensive, it allows you to copy entire builds and it creates a file for it. It copies every prop/entity that is welded or otherwise attached. (pulley, rope, etc.) it even copies the functions of tools such as doors etc with the proper key input (and keypads/buttons that activate it as well)

I kinda agree with you, but he may have actually tried to reach out to his fellow Higher-ups and they responded the same way as his example in his OP... They didn't...
On the topic of whether or not the rest of the community should be involved... Yeah, kinda. The entire (short) time I was a DM, barely anyone messaged me with concerns or issues. That's because the communication issue isn't alone a Higher-up problem, but a staff problem in general. I can't tell you how many times a staff member has said there's a new rule in existence and Admin/DM/DL ___ told them about it, and it ended up not being true. However, there have been times where it was true and rather than making it publicly and easily known, they just told a couple of people they're buddies with. Like what @Chrono said, groups use their own Discord/other means of communication, and that severely limits the actual audience of their message. Imagine if the Higher-ups formed a new rule, and instead of letting everybody know via the forum news, or Discord announcement channel, they just posted it on their Steam profile.
Now, I agree that the Higher-ups need to improve on communication, but honestly, all staff members do too. As someone who deals with Supervisors and Employees who don't know how to properly communicate on a daily basis at work, it blows. DMs/DLs are outnumbered by staff and regular players quite a bit, so they can't be expected to get involved with everyone's issues, but they at least need to be approachable and available enough so that staff can feel like they can openly talk to them (and other staff members) about potential issues and concerns.
I do have to say that I appreciate the way @Elcark handled this. Rather than making a stepping down thread (if he does decide to step down that is) where he just complains and childishly says "You all suck, I've always hated all of you, go die", like has been the trend recently... He made a thread saying he enjoys his position but feels that a ton of improvement needs to take place and feels like he wouldn't be able to stay in his current position if things remain as they are.
All in all, the TF2 Higher-ups need a kick in the butt to have better response times and all TF2 staff in general needs a reminder to keep the lines of communication open constantly.

If only there was more discord activity especially in the voice channels and the higher ups actually used them aside from the OG crew that used TS. I personally think the lack of official communication within discord among the higher ups and even just staff/members puts a strain on the community as a whole. (some people use their own discord with their own friend group which while not against rules of life or anything does put a strain on what they are communicating. it censors out things they dont want to hear that may not agree with them since they can pick and choose who they chat with even more so than just ignoring them)

If there is that much of a lack of communication between you guys as higher ups on issues, that is something I would bring to Aegean and Virr because there is really no reason that a legitimate issue/conversation should go over a week with no response whatsoever. Perhaps just having them step in, talk about it with the other staff/higher ups and seeing what the issue is and why there is no solution/why there is no response to the issue. While I understand that life gets in the way and there is poop that people have to take care of over xG, I find it hard to believe (barring huge family/life-death/grieving/broken PC) that there goes a week with no answer. (I had full time college schedule, almost full time work hours, a girlfriend, real friends, and family poop I was doing all at the same time, but could still manage to come on and read forums/respond to PMs/message other higher ups if they were on not that everyone could or should be doing all of the above).
