Oldfag alert, but I joined xG originally back in 2011, and here I am again and am in my second year of college. The general demographics are highschool to early college/uni for the most part, and obviously most of the higher ups don't fit in that generally speaking.

We should definitely add a rule where any order with an 'on go' element to it must be started with the 'on go'.
Because right now, wardens can say something like "All T's take 1 step out of cell and freeze... On my go." and then kill all the people who did the order immediately.

I agree with @Chrono that it is a tarp, but we can clarify it on the MOTD as an example just so people can refer to it whenever possible.

If they're saying an order and say "on my go" at the end of it that is arguably a tarp, same with the repeat having the "on go" at the end of it, you're basically telling Ts to do something then saying jk if you did it im killing you because i didnt say go yet. just slay them or tell them it is invalid.

I will ignore the part where you contradicted yourself, which I assume was just bad grammar. To assess a few things. As long as the warden is competent, tarping is nothing like roulette. I can agree with you if they have a shit mic/heavy accent and do something cancerous as mentioned above. But if a warden says jumping is restricted, then tells you to complete climb, and you jump and die because you forgot, how is that like roulette? Roulette is random, this relies on your memory and ability to interpret orders.

 
 
This is not specific to tarping, and happens all the time. If you want to make the notion it happens with more frequency, see my above point about memory.

 
 
This is the only thing I can agree might cause problems. But, I think most players have the maturity and ability to have seen it done once or twice, and learn from it. Hell, where do you think we all came from? If we left because of a tarp kill or two, than hardly anyone would even be in the community.
 
 
 What are you even talking about? The only time I can think this would apply is maybe in first reaction, last reaction. But even then, what do you think "First reaction jump!" is for?

Scottni, Just because you find it very unfun when he is a guard doesn't mean that stops him from being a member, personally i don't like it when A LOT of people are guards, but it doesn't stop me from +1ing or having fun with them, and personally when i'm on at least I never really see alec break any types of rules unless it's a accidental tarp before 7:00 even then he doesn't kill anybody by it, also just because the game breaks into "chaos" when he is warden doesn't mean he should be rejected member because of how he is as a guard/warden. 
Anyways +1 He is a decent person (besides the mic spam sometimes) and would love to watch him keep playing our XG servers.

The issue came when wardens would start every single round with "Alright when I say Go, take a step out of your cell and freeze! Alright Joe!" *Proceeds to kill 10 T's at the start of the round and games become way less interactive*

Ruins it for new players who might be interested in JB, and tarping in general is tough when a warden has an accent or something which makes it even more painful for everyone involved if they start every round tarping.

I like specific kinds of tarping. 
Saying, "Jumping is restricted." then saying a minute later saying, "All T's jump." is kinda cancer. 
Saying "Jumping is restricted." then leading T's to climb and saying, "all T's may start climb." is not a bad tarp. 
As for doing FRLR while jumping is restricted, I hate that. 
I think tarping should be allowed like 30 seconds earlier.

This is not the place for spamming forum posts, my guy. As well, I did give my honest opinion from what I have seen of his presence on the forum. It had adequate bearing on the situation, so I posted it. 

I will just leave it at that, as I do not really see a need to argue here.

Never met you, but just a quick bit of looking about the forums and I found your mod application which was closed due to lack of forum posts. Nothing bad in and of itself, trust me people do it all the time. However, pretty quickly after that was closed you started posting left and right, and like this topic most of them lacked actual substance. It seems apparent, to me anyway, that you are spamming to get yourself up to the amount of forum posts required to apply for mod.

Please, stop. You are only increasing the odds that your app will get -1ed into oblivion for this sort of behavior. Just take your time, fifty forum posts can go quickly even without spamming. With the exception of joke/meme threads, try to make sure your posts actually have substance and are contributing to the community.

With that said, I doubt you are a bad person, you are just being impatient. Anyway, hope things work out for you.

yeah i believe it was right in the beginning of the round he decided to shoot all the t's for no reason

If I am remembering correctly, you were one of two or three people that decided to mass freekill nearly the entire T team when they were stacked/lined up throughout yesterday. I remember it was one after another for a few rounds in a row, and I am pretty sure you were one of them. @BullseyeX will need to confirm this, but if that is the case than you should absolutely never have your CT rights restored, there are consequences for your actions.

I wish I could say his behavior in the servers redeem him, but sadly that is not the case. I only decided to put my two-cents in on the off chance that @Lithium does not close this down.

Just to clear some air and have something out there so others can see it. I understand a lot of new members and maybe some old ones are a bit confused about this.
 
You are a member of xG and Seg is doing his due diligence and is fully within his right to read a member submission and throw his 2 cents in, he admits he plays tf2 as staff mostly and doesnt get on cs much, but that doesnt mean he cant post. Members are of xG, not xG CS:GO or xG TF2. He wanted to provide the logs that are available because he likely was curious after seeing a submission start turning into a shit show so fast and decided to do some research.
 
Also of note: chat logs are available for anyone too look up btw, so you dont have to rely on others doing it for you! ?

I am of the mindset that you tend to be a shit-disturber anytime @Dannypicacho is on the server. You also need to respect the mods and admins (including Danny) a bit more than you do. Oddly enough you behave better when there are no mods/admins you are aware of are on. As well, do not bring up drama like this in the servers when we are just trying to play.

To sum it up, quit the bullshit with Danny and respect the staff and I am confident in this +1 I am giving you. Please don't make me regret it.

Was an oldfag member/mod back in 2011/2012, and looking to be apart of a community that plays together once more. I have been playing jailbreak and minigames pretty regularly, and I am happy to see how things have progressed since I was gone. Hope to become good friends with the lot of you!
