If this is a common occurrence with a particular player I would suggest posting a 'Ban Request'. Make sure to provide evidence/proof of rule breaking too by by posting a demo (recording) alongside your 'Ban Request'. You can fill out a form by going to the top of Forums and clicking on 'Forms'.

Would like to remind Staff (@DrLee ) that hacking does not require proof or evidence other than the word of the Staff + the other two Administrators who witnessed it. However, I believe that it should be altered to not only have two other admins agree, but also must provide a demo (recording) of the offending player using these alleged 'hacks'. Will make these sort of Protests much easier to handle as you can only currently rely on the word of the admins who saw the 'hacking'. Only other opinion on this thread is that, given the videos provided, it doesn't seem like she's hacking. Not going to provide a negative or positive vouch though simply due to the way we handle bans in regards to hacking. On one hand, I don't want to rely heavily on what the Staff saw in terms of dealing with an unban for something like hacking, but on the other hand that can't exclude the possibility of hacks on other occasions (as mentioned above that it was seen on a different occasion).

Why not make it so that Higher-Ups don't accept stupid ass vouches that are either irrelevant or lack valid information in Member Submissions :Old Man:

People tend to dislike any threads that are self-oriented. For example, any thread(s) that ask(s) for the opinion of the community on certain subjects such as whether or not you're a good Member, or in this case, whether or not you are capable of being a Staff member. Another thing you should avoid is being 'kiss-ass' like. Intentional or not, you'll be labelled someone who just says something to receive praise. Things such as obvious or otherwise blatant scenarios should also not be re-explained as most will react negatively (IE. pointing out obvious things). Speaking of which, don't ever go back on something you said as you will end up making yourself look like a fool. Stand by what you did/said and take it upon yourself to accept the responsibility, for example, you'll notice that you received a lot of negative criticism when you mentioned that you were "joking" in regards to this thread, when in all likelihood you weren't. As you use the forums you'll develop a better understanding of what you should/shouldn't post or when you should/shouldn't post. Don't let any trolls discourage you from being open on the forums, but also understand that this is the internet and things are likely to get heated fast :coffee:

What will deter someone from breaking rules more; a ban that has an expiration date, or a ban that is permanent? The option to protest a ban is there, not because we plan on letting them go in the future, but for the offchance that the ban was unjust. Regardless of what the ban reason/time is, our Staff may sometimes slip up and that should not result in those potentially innocent players being unable to protest.

Imagine if I banned people for calling me British. Honestly doe, if someone is taking offense or are quite obviously annoyed with being harassed then it should at the very least be toned down (at least to when he/she deserves to be called it ;) ). When you constantly see every mention or anything related to Chrono being associated with 'smelly', it gets a little out of hand. I mean, @ASock should know, hes been stinking up the joint forever. For reasons that should be obvious, going straight to a ban is one of the few ways to deal with it. If someone trolled the first time, they deserve a warning then ban. A second time, a warning/ban. A third time it starts to get old and the offending person is well aware of what will happen, so why waste your breath. Go straight to the ban without the warning. I understand this community is filled to the brim with trolls (take this thread for example) and instigators, but that doesn't mean we can't have just a minimum amount of respect for one another.
