In case you didn't realize it, saying that "I can ddos but i am not a asshole", and "do you want 3000 packets on your thing." isn't a great idea. That kind of behavior is not tolerated here.

I don't think its excusable. He went out and made a competing server. He has already made an "official" xG Voip server without consulting anyone and felt the backlash of it, and even after that he does this? I still think his member should be revoked

Not sure, leaving the clan is a great move, but it does not change the fact that he has pretty much copied this clan as a whole.
