Hey there Jackie! First of all, thank you for making a post and wanting to discuss this with us. It is by adressing issues like these we grow as a community and hopefully makes xg a better place for all of us! There are a couple of points in your post i would like to adress and discuss, hopefully that's ok.
 

xG is privately owned which means that we are allowed to set our own rules and regulations that our users have to follow. We as a community has chosen to disallow the word in question, if you agree with it or not thats up to you.

This is actually a pretty valid point and i want to expand a bit of why you think this is. The problem is that we're all separate individuals with different views and morals. You're right that a lot of rules do leave a lot of stuff up to interpretation for staff which is when these opinions and views come into play and sometimes might create conflicts and inconsistency depending on which staff is online at the time. This is something we're working towards resolving but it might take us a little while as things like this does take a lot of discussion to make things as fair as possible. Feel free to check out this thread as an example of what we did not too long ago.

Holy shit, I will definitely leave this decision up to @Rhododendron aka Silence as he knows the full details of why you were permed in the past. I only know tidbits, but I will say I back Rhodo's decision 100%

I've played a ton of Diablo 3, and unfortunately this necromancer update was the final update that really let me down.
 

They are charging 15 dollars for one new class... their game not only has not gotten good content updates since pretty much the expansion came out (which I believe was also 30ish dollars) but every season they just add QOL updates, and nothing in the game. Not even new set pieces...
Less content with slower updates than Path of Exile, which is a free to play game on steam. Despite how big and how much resources Blizzard has at its disposal, you'd think at least they'd add something significant at the very least every 2-3 seasons.

All in all the game is disappointing when Path of Exile is best known for "The Diablo 3 that should have been"
 
I will say my favorite classes in the game have been Monk + Demon Hunter. Demon Hunters Strafe Build + Marauder / Sentry builds are by far my favorite in the game.

: Many of you know as of now the Minecraft server is a steaming pile of shit. I am aware of the many issues and bugs and crashes with the server. If you have made threads about it or have talked to me personally about it don't think that I have just ignored you. When the server launched, there were some road bumps but for the first month or so the server went well. Then school started, the population died, and some other shit happened. Now I have a server on my hands that is nowhere near where is should be or where I want it to be and that is my fault. I don't have the time or the experience to keep the server operational all by myself, but that's not an acceptable reason for the server to be so underpopulated and broken. I will be talking to @Aegean about the future of the server, of my position, and where I think it should go. We have had a conversation before, but we really didn't go anywhere with it. I'm sorry that its gotten this far. I should have tried to fix this a while ago.

yeah, im stepping down. this is something ive been thinking about for a very long time, and ive come to terms with the fact that im not going to be able to do a proper job with my position if i have such mixed feelings.
 
xG has been my home for a very long time, even if i havent been a real part of the clan for all of the years since I originally joined. i basically grew up with the people that have come and gone through xG, and i definitely found a part of myself here. for perspective, i joined when I was 12. I'm 17 now. this aside, I'm quite tired of the responsibilities I (don't) have. the magic isnt there anymore. even when there is people on the servers, it isnt much fun for me. I would love to fix it, but I simply lack the motivation to do so. I hope xG manages to revive itself to the glory days it was once in. If this is to happen some shit needs to change, drastically, but either way gl boys
 
i had a lot of fun setting up our minigames and minecraft servers. it was a big joint effort from a lot of people, but i'm glad i lead a part of the charge to get some of the old fun back. it didnt turn out too well, but i believe in the potential. i hope everyone continues to enjoy some gaming action on the world wide web!1

I initially found out about Xeno Gamers 4 months ago, and I have played on their Team Fortress 2 servers for a decently long period of time. A month ago, I thought about showing my appreciation and respect towards this group by joining the Team fortress 2 division. Now, I have finally decided to join.
