So taking a look at this step by step, he was previous gagged and muted for this behavior, and repeated it now here. So the next step would be to kick him and then go into a ban. Now considering how it occurred between him leaving and how excessive his behavior was the ban seems like a fair punishment to address it, but why would it be for any longer than this for his first ban?
These chat logs are what occurred before his ban and in all consideration what lead to him receiving it, but with exactly that in mind he received his punishment for how he was last night via that ban. There's no reason to add on to that when he has already been punished for it.

Weren't you going to "populate" jailbreak a month ago? How many times did you even log onto that server? It doesn't matter what it's called, the intent is the same; encourage server activity often enough it doesn't require an event as people start to join it on their own. Getting on a couple friends and just sitting there for awhile isn't what these are, it's calling on and getting a larger group together that attracts more people to filter in. This is what has allowed times like when two or three people start up freak fortress lead to it being active for several hours even after the original players have left and then being started back up again by entirely new people latter.
If you have any suggestions for changes to servers or issues that need to be fixed then you should actually pitch them if you expect anything to happen.

Wish there was an actual web designer to create a real forums for this community. Having to go through 4 different pages and sift though a bunch of posts isn't really practical, but what can you really do.

I wasn't really using this post to call out any moment or person in particular rather as a general experience and my thoughts as of this moment. I enjoy this server still and I want it to get better, I think a lot of things could be changed for the better.

I love this whole charade of people pretending it's about how they don't want a "comp trade server" or whatever when in reality they just don't want to admit that whatever strategies they use 90% of the time benefit exponentially from doing triple damage randomly for no reason. We're really falling for it, keep it up. 

This isnt how percentages work at all. One person getting a crit or not is independent from any other player. Everyone has a 4.5% chance of getting a crit.

Personally being the keyword. Not everyone's definition of fun is the same and some people will be frustrated to tears by things others have no concern over. Melee, regardless of how certain situations can sneak up on you, is something that has a very obvious disadvantage in a game that has any form of ranged answer to it. One of the arguing points made to keep random crits on melee weapons was that melee would effectively become useless without them, which they become even less noteworthy when you take into account that it's not something that happens on a large percentage of melee swings in the first place. Randoms crits are something that due to being in the game for so long people have become accustomed to, and though cries against it happen people are always going to be louder about what they have disdain for then that which they like. 
Re-enabling all random crits then.

To elaborate on this it isn't specific to abuse, but anything that would create concern revolving around a staff members usage of powers. Regardless, it isn't something that should be relevant to tuna.
Also here are my own thoughts for trying to play on more servers. Of course it should not be viewed as a requirement by any measure, but the benefits of it shouldn't be dismissed either.
It's very similar to how teamspeak used to be treated for staff and there's two main aspects to it. First of all it simply looks favorably for you and speaks directly for your dedication and willingness to help out. Perhaps more directly than that is the publicity it gives you. It makes you more likely to be noticed as you're going around trying to show everyone what makes you qualified for staff and stand out as such. @Tatost and I talked earlier about higher ups watching people for this reason (which has always been done even for people who don't know they're being considered for staff) but it's even more important for you to go out and try to be noticed in the first place when applying. The more effort you personally put in the stronger you build your chances.
In simpler terms, playing on other servers is not a requirement for getting staff, but it should be obvious that it is highly encouraged.
