I've lost interest in managing our tf2 division, playing tf2 and trying to fix the issues we have, therefore I'm stepping down from Division Manager to member, it's been an alright run
 
I've made some friends amongst our staff and members, and I won't lose contact with any of them
I will also be on teamspeak and forums daily as i've always been
 
it's also a shame that I have to be a DM+ in order to maintain powers on teamspeak and forums, it was really fun banning people for no reason :(

I get i'm annoying 99% of the time i'm on Teamspeak and all but half the time people try to start shit with me.
I get it, people don't like me at all, but even when I join a channel and don't say anything someone always tries to call me out on something.
 
I've made at least 3 step down threads before because of problems similar to this but I never posted them because someone always talked me out of posting it.

He does have his powers, I've seen him using them. But makes (I think, this is what I've heard) votes on putting himself into buddha/gosh/whatever uber donors get to "protect the hoovies." Again, this is not something I've seen so I can't say much else.

What questions should they be asking players? If someone is hacking, staff are going to ban them. If that player has an issue with the ban, they can make a ban protest.

About three years ago i was Permanently Banned from all Team Fortress 2 XG Servers on account of "Freekilling" In a Jailbreak server. This was years ago and i have friends that are in the XG group that i'd like to join on your servers, this of course means no more "Freekilling". Remove random crits to enable a more balanced gameplay where skill is involved. Im gonna bring overwatch into this where a headshot does critical damage. Requires skill to aim. Not just some dumbfuck soldier spamming rockets down a hallway.
 
And as @Vector stated. We have other shit on the server to compensate for vavle being a bunch of retards too.

Team Fortress 2 was made with random crits. If people cant deal with a function of the game, that is their problem. The competitive people are those who come back the most. Crits are what make things interesting.
